“Yeah, ‘course I do. I take this way a lot on my way home,” she admitted to her. “It’s more scenic is all.”

Nani quietly listened to the other woman talk and offered a kind smile. “Well I’m glad you decided to be proactive about life. Not much use to sit around an’ mope ‘bout things for too long,” especially over a guy, she thought, but left that part to herself. "I’d love to help, but I’m a li’l busy with work an’ all that,” smiling apologetically. “You steal your wind back,” she laughed, but did mean to encourage.

“I am one of your favorites?” Cheshire gasped, moving over to hug Nani again. “Oh you spoil me so so with your chocolates and words! My heart is twisting again! In a good way!” They cheered with a great big smile upon their face.

“Definitely in my top four,” she laughed, hugging them back. “It’s no problem though, I don’t mind sharing either of those things,” she smiled, taking a chocolate for herself and smiled at them. “Well I’m glad it’s in a good way this time. I knew chocolate would make things better.”

“Wait…really? Nani that’s amazing!” Rapunzel grinned, a slight bounce in her step, “How many people were there? Was it scary? How long did you have to wait to find out the overall results? How did Lilo react? Or David? I bet he was really happy,” she rattled on, unaware of how fast she was talking. It had felt like ages since she had last seen Nani, and she wanted to make up for lost time.

Chuckling, Nani did her best to try and kep up with the other. “Thanks! There was a lotta people watching but not as many people competin’, mostly ‘cause it was an invitational, yeah? Anyways, Lilo was pretty excited. I haven’ really got the chance to see and tell David how I did yet though,” she admitted, feeling bad about the time she had spent away from her best friend. “How ‘bout you though, eh? What’s new with you?”

“Nothing wrong with some chocolate in our system!” Cheshire held out a finger and begun to laugh as well. “There’s no such thing as too much!”

“And this may be a reason why you’re one of my favorite people, Ches,” Nani laughed as she extended the bag for the other to take some for theirself.

“Not a problem!” Nani smiled, making her way towards the nail salon, just glad that she had one more day to relax before it was officially back to the daily grind.

Cheshire gasped and peeked into the bag. “Oh beautiful beautiful chocolate! Come let’s find a bench to sit and enjoy these together! Oh my heart! Do you feel this?” Cheshire placed a hand on their chest. “It’s being mended!”

Nani smiled, following after the other. “That sounds like a good idea to me. Chocolate’s my favorite, I probably eat a little too much,” she admitted with a small laugh.

Nani returned the hug with a small chuckle. “Yes, they are! I probably love chocolate a little too much,” she laughed, opening the bag for the other.

Cheshire gasped with excitement. “Oh if I guess do I get any repercussions for guessing wrong? I hope not or my heart will be twisted into another knot!” They eyed the bag suspiciously. “Biscuits?”

Nani thought for a second, “mm, you get one free guess, but after that you’ll owe me one hug since you didn’t accept my apology,” she laughed. “Nope!”
