thanks for the question! i hc she gets bottom surgery in her late 20s! for easy understanding heres the timeline that i follow: hrt since 16, breast implants in her mid 20s, bottom surgery in her late 20s. during this time i also draw her going from skinnier (suffering from restrictive eating as in canon) to getting a a healthy weight and having more chub. you can tell the age i intend her to be based on her weight, whether she has scars on her breasts or not, and whether shes pre or post op. i wanted to cover her journey instead of sticking to one state of being, especially since i draw them in various ages! hope this answered your question 🧡
