back at work with time on my hands, so off the top of my head here are ten favorite episodes from each season of smallville. now I didn’t say best episodes (although many of them are) but favorite ones, so keep that in mind I guess. all episodes in chronological order, not in order of most liked.
Season 1: Pilot 1x01, Hourglass 1x06, Jitters 1x08, Hug 1x11, Leech 1x12, Kinetic 1x13, Zero 1x14, Stray 1x16, Reaper 1x17, and Tempest 1x21.
Season 2: Vortex 2x01, Duplicity 2x03, Lineage 2x07, Ryan 2x08, Suspect 2x13, Prodigal 2x15, Rosetta 2x17, Witness 2x20, Accelerate 2x21, and Exodus 2x23.
Season 3: Phoenix 3x02, Slumber 3x04(I know I know, weird episode, but I enjoyed it🤷♀️), Perry 3x05, Shattered 3x08, Asylum 3x09, Whisper 3x10, Velocity 3x13, Crisis 3x16, Memoria 3x19, and Covenant 3x22. (special mention to Extinction 3x03 too)
Season 4: Crusade 4x01, Gone 4x02, Devoted 4x04, Transference 4x06, Jinx 4x07, Krypto 4x14, Lucy 4x16, Onyx 4x17, Spirit 4x18, and Commencement 4x22. (special mentions to Pariah 4x12 and Recruit 4x13 which almost made it to the top ten)
Season 5: Arrival 5x01, Hidden 5x03, Exposed 5x06, Lexmas 5x09, Lockdown 5x11, Reckoning 5x12, Fragile 5x18, Mercy 5x19, Oracle 5x21, and Vessel 5x22.
Season 6: Zod 6x01, Sneeze 6x02, Arrow 6x04, Rage 6x07, Hydro 6x10, Justice 6x11, Labyrinth 6x12, Crimson 6x13, Nemesis 6x19, and Phantom 6x22.
Season 7: Bizzaro 7x01, Kara 7x02, Action 7x05, Wrath 7x07, Gemini 7x09, Persona 7x10, Fracture 7x12, Descent 7x16, Apocalypse 7x18, Arctic 7x20.
Season 8: Odyssey 8x01, Plastique 8x02, Commited 8x05, Bloodline 8x08, Bride 8x10, Bulletproof 8x12 (an odd favorite possibly even to me, but I liked undercover Clark and everything with Tess and Lana), Infamous 8x15, Hex 8x17, Stiletto 8x19, and Doomsday 8x22 (not their best finale, but good Jimmy content😭)
Season 9: Savior 9x01, Metallo 9x02, Rabid 9x03, Echo 9x04, Crossfire 9x06, Pandora 9x09, Checkmate 9x16, Charade 9x18, Sacrifice 9x19, Salvation 9x21. (almost included the two part Absolute Justice 9x11 (or 9x11-12) and Idol 9x08 on here but had to pare down)
Season 10: Lazarus 10x01, Shield 10x02, Homecoming 10x04, Isis 10x05, Abandoned 10x08, Luthor 10x10, Icarus 10x11 (hawkman😭😭😭), Masquerade 10x14, Dominion 10x19, Finale 10x21. (really wanted to put Harvest 10x06, Ambush 10x07, and Kent 10x17 on here too(very important character moments in these ones regardless of their plots(which I really had fun with or liked, so…))and was possibly the hardest season to pick only ten episodes out of actually)
