The Gardens are like a greenhouse. Perfectly curated and maintained for the delicate flowers inside, but do any of those flowers ever wish to know the beauty of the wild?
You've been working at The Gardens for years.
There's really nothing wrong with what you do, Babette is unbelievably kind, you've discovered so much about yourself as time passed, the friends, allies, and money you come by are unbelievably vast, you like what you do, even more since you started only taking women, you're even somewhat popular! And yet, somehow, it's still so, so lonely.
You wake up, doll up, leave to go to The Gardens, change, and wait for your appointments. It has gotten so boring over the years, so repetitive. You can't help but be like the delicate flower stretching its stem towards the misted window wondering how the wind tastes. But still, you sit, looking over your log book for the appointments for the day, it's not like you really want to leave.
It's the late afternoon, and your first appointment is in 2 hours. A new client. You sit at your vanity in your favorite lingerie, so you can hopefully cheer yourself up before the busy hour starts. You are then suddenly are reminded of the personal contracts, that hold no legal standing of course, that a friend suggested to get to know new clients, and to step left of your vanity towards the set of tall drawers and open the third, seeing the stack of blank contracts. You smile to yourself, hopefully this client will bring you the excitement you so desperately need.
