bridgewater is an original character town roleplay focused on the lives of residents that live in the small town of bridgewater , north carolina . most of these muses have spent their lives ( or at least most of their lives ) in bridgewater or the two surrounding towns : rosemont and briar bluff . while we are mainly focused on world - building , character development , and developing dynamics with other muses , events and plot drops will be included to keep everything progressing … especially since the town has just elected a new mayor who has been less than subtle about his involvement with the shady people that loiter around the ruins , the old abandoned racetrack on the outskirts of bridgewater known for illegal activities that happen once the sun goes down .

it's been years of cramped vans where the instruments and equipment have more room than you do , long hours in the studio pouring your heart and soul into every guitar lick and lyric , living by the motley crue version of ' live , laugh , love ' : ' sex , drugs , and rock & roll , and leaving your mark on the tri - state area in a way that has already had your band banned from multiple hotels and motels , bars and clubs , and even one zoo . but now , the hard work has finally paid off and your band has finally announced that they are headlining their first world tour . . .

PREMISE ::
this discord verse is based around a rock band , close proximity , and all of the shit they get up to during their first world tour ! joined by their opening band , crew members , and a few other faces for the next few months , things are almost certain to get out of hand ( and we are taking bets on just how quickly that happens . our bet is less than twenty - four hours ) . with our focus being on character and plot development , we are also extremely focused on making this verse a comfortable place for everyone in the group . plot drops , events , and tasks will be used to keep interest and muse high as well as weekly activity and interest checks to make sure plots stay moving !
GUIDELINES ::
ooc drama , godmodding , and any bubbling / cliquey behavior will not be tolerated . also , no facechasing or shipchasing ( don’t join just to ship and then ignore everyone else . and don’t join just because someone is using a fc you like ) . you will only get one warning and not be allowed back in the group after being kicked for these reasons .
muns must be 20+ , muses must be 22 - 32 , and faceclaims must be over 20 years old with absolutely no exceptions . please do your research when bringing in a fc of color , and / or transgender and / or non - binary muse . ethnicity , gender , pronouns of the fc is not allowed to be changed at all !
sensitive content / triggers should be tagged accordingly ( ie . use of spoilers on discord ) . this goes for nsfw content as well ! only one muse is allowed until the first batch of applications are accepted !
