One of the things that has always fascinated me about Satan is his manipulative nature, specially in the og obey me game, bro was advertised on being this demon who could literally destroy the world if we got him angry enough but all he did was smile and be a cat lover nerd I love him sm for that~
He reads to you when you can’t sleep. His voice is calm, deep, and steady—perfect for lulling you to sleep with fairytales, poetry, or even his favorite murder mystery novel (gently edited, of course).
Satan writes you love letters by hand. Not texts. Not emails. Actual letters on parchment, sealed with wax, quoting classic literature and filled with his heartfelt thoughts. He hides them in your favorite books or under your pillow.
He teaches you how to read ancient Devildom scripts. Every lesson starts academically, but by the third one, he’s holding your hand while tracing symbols and whispering the meanings in your ear.
He names a rescued cat after you. It’s a tiny, feisty thing that purrs only for him—and you. “She reminded me of you,” he says casually, hiding a soft blush behind a smirk.
Satan loves quiet library dates. Sitting side by side, reading separate books but occasionally reaching over to hold your hand or point out a quote he thinks you’ll love.
He brings you tea and pastries during your study sessions. “Brain food,” he calls it, but he always makes sure your cup is your favorite and the treats are perfectly plated like a cozy café.
He memorizes your favorite quotes and repeats them to you. Usually out of nowhere—during a walk, over breakfast, or just before you fall asleep. “Isn’t that what you said you loved from that one novel?”
He spoils you with rare books. First editions, collector’s prints, or even enchanted tomes from the Demon Library. “Only the finest for my beloved bibliophile.”
He gets flustered when you kiss his cheek unexpectedly. He’ll blink, look stunned for a second, then flash a soft, private smile and say something like, “How dangerous… You’re making it hard to focus.”
Satan uses your lap as a pillow during nap time. He claims it’s more comfortable than any cushion, especially when you absentmindedly play with his hair.
He has a bookmark you made for him and refuses to use anything else. Even if he’s reading ancient grimoires or royal texts, your doodled bookmark is front and center.
He shows you the secret corners of the Devildom only he knows. Hidden gardens, forbidden libraries, moonlit rooftops—places he’s kept to himself until now.
He tucks your hair behind your ear when you’re reading. Every time. And each time he does it, his gaze lingers just a second too long, like he’s memorizing you.
He has a soft spot for cuddling while you both wear sweaters. Bonus points if it’s raining outside, there’s a warm blanket involved, and you’re curled up reading together.
He teaches you ballroom dancing with old enchanted records. He insists it’s “for culture,” but it becomes a regular, romantic tradition where he holds you close, his steps perfectly in sync with yours under flickering candlelight.
