[Kurt was a little caught off guard by the question. Though he should have been more surprised that Santana was just barely asking him this question after knowing Blaine for so long. Nonetheless, he could always count on his friend to ask the most forward of questions. But now that she did ask, he had never really put too much thought as to why he and Blaine hadn’t tried more. Sure, the idea might have crossed his mind once or twice in his imagination but if anything was going to happen between them then it would have happened already.]

“Well sure, I’ve thought about it. It’s sort of hard to not think about that. Blaine’s hot- like, I’m sure even as a lesbian you can agree he’s attractive. But like you said, Blaine’s my friend. I like him and I wouldn’t want to mess anything up between us.” [He confessed as he looked around the room to make sure that Blaine wasn’t actually anywhere near listening distance.] “And before you get any crazy about locking us in a closet together, you should know that Blaine already has a huge crush on someone from work so no funny business.”

[To hear that Kurt had thought about the two of them getting a little more cozy resulted in a nod of understanding from Santana. Yes, it looked fake as hell, but she couldn’t exactly blurt out Blaine’s secret. Not when he’d told her to try and keep her cool and avoid speaking about it to too many people, and too loudly for that matter. Either way, she was going to keep her mouth under heavy lockdown, even as it came to be a true struggle.]

“I might be all about the lady bits, but he is an attractive guy, gotta give it to him.”

[Sure, she wouldn’t touch a guy.. ever. Not thinking back on her days in the closet of course, but even Santana had to admit that Blaine was attractive. And that he would look might fine right next to one Kurt Hummel. It was almost upsetting that she couldn’t be a much more obvious matchmaker, but this would all have to do for now.]

“So what? Just because he got a crush on someone, doesn’t mean you can’t get a little lucky, you know? If you think he’s cute, then you should go for it. What could really go wrong?”

Accidental Potty Peeper [ OPEN ]

[ She’s had much more to drink than she intended – but it’s a surprise party for one of her best friends, so she thinks a little overkill is probably justified. And with a perfect attendance record and an excellent performance history she’s  entitled to have a little fun every once in a while. She’s a working actress in her early twenties – if not now, when? She has the rest of her life to live like a nun. ]

Rachel tips back her cup, empties it in one large gulp, and then proceeds to pout into its emptiness. It’s been a while since she’s partied properly – she’s forgotten just how thirsty alcohol can make a person. 

And just how quickly it can go through you. 

Walking through Blaine and Dani’s apartment on pseudo crossed legs, she makes her way to the bathroom. Not even bothering to knock (that would have required a level of sense Rachel no longer posses), Rachel barges into the bathroom – letting out some kind of strangled shriek when it comes in contact with what she can only assume is a human body. Her hands whip up to cover her eyes, hoping to preserve the other person’s dignity.

…. assuming it is an actual person and not a wet towel left on the floor. ]

[Some drunken mess had dared to walk into her, spilling something down her dress. Not only had she made sure that the idiot knew that she’d find him later if it wouldn’t come off, kicking his ass into another decade if she’d have to. Santana was pissed enough as it was. She had spent more than ten minutes by now. Luckily her dress was black, but she’d borrowed Dani’s blow dryer to avoid having a wet stain on the middle of her chest. Her tits were big enough for people to stare already, no need to add another wet spot to the mix (other than those she left in needy girls’ panties of course). Either way, she was busy trying to observe whether or not it had vanished in the mirror that she didn’t hear the door open until Rachel’s voice rang through the bathroom.]

[She yelled, a minor heart attack passing through her. Not that Rachel freaking Berry was scary, but it hadn’t been an expected intrusion.]

[Dani grinned into the kiss, knowing very well that Santana could handle more than she originally thought. She didn’t know what she thought at first, but these past few weeks with Santana had shown that the woman could certainly keep up with her, and more, most likely. At Santana’s words, though, she only rolled her eyes. Was there ever a time this girl wasn’t cocky? Probably not, and now she knew that alcohol definitely didn’t help with that. Her hand had moved from her back to her ass by now, and when Santana pulled away, Dani let out an unexpected whine.]

Good thing that’s what I wanted too, then. 

[She sighed, mostly because she knew she couldn’t keep kissing Santana like this without pulling her into her room. And while she definitely wanted to, she also wanted to make the rounds and have a proper conversation with Blaine. And not have him give her a look over breakfast tomorrow for leaving her own party so early. Pulling her hands back up to Santana’s waist, she pulled her in for another quick kiss.]

So..

[Dani chuckled, her fingers curling against the woman’s waist almost nervously as she looked up to meet her gaze.]

You should definitely warn me that you’re way too wasted to make it home safely tonight, and you gotta stay here. You know, so I’m prepared.

[Public display of affection had never been Santana’s thing. Not that she minded it, but it involved letting people in on too much if she had to be honest. In her drunken state of mind, she couldn’t find it within herself to care, though. It felt amazing to not worry about what people might think while looking in their direction, and judging by the hand on her ass, Dan enjoyed it as well. They were still getting to know one another, but as time continued to pass, she liked where things seemed to be going.]

I’d be rather disappointed if touching my ass and kissing me wasn’t what you wanted.

[The silence felt comfortable, something that was rare, and Santana knew better than to ignore it. Perhaps it was easier to think all of these things while being intoxicated, but alas, she was and there was no way for her to deny it. Especially not when Dani leaned in to kiss her once more. If she’d had her way, they would have stayed like this for a while longer, and then slipped away to the girl’s bedroom. Apparently Dani had other plans, because soon enough the hand on her ass vanished and Santana was left to narrow her eyes on the shorter woman’s face. Dani’s words made her smile and she nodded with a light chuckle.]

I should probably warn you, I’m way too wasted to make it home safely tonight, and I gotta stay here. Just so you’re prepared and all.

[She repeated, a smirk growing on her lips.]

[ Quinn doesn’t know most of the people in attendance that have crammed inside Dani and Blaine’s small apartment, but really, that makes interactions all the more easy. It’s easier to play nice, after all, when her audience can’t tell her smile’s too tight to be real, or when her tone becomes overly syrupy sweet and inviting to cover the fact that she couldn’t be more bored with the conversation at hand. 

Which is the current predicament Quinn finds herself in, that is, until someone bumps into her, effectively halting the monotone drone of the gentleman across from her. Quinn’s able to shrug him off with a dismissive, yet polite, wave of her hand before she slips her arm around Santana’s shoulders, helping to right her friend’s wobbling stance. ]

I’d chastise you saying it’s much too early to be sloppy, San, but since your stumble just saved from me from a conversation about…

[ It was so boring she can’t even remember. ]

Well, it doesn’t really matter. So… 

[ Quinn tips the neck of her bottle towards the rim of Santana’s glass, its clink muffled by the crowd and music. ]

[Santana really should have thought this night through. Sure, she’s still looking mighty fine, at least enough for her to catch Dani’s eyes a few times, though her stage of drunkenness has been taken to a level she hadn’t predicted a tad too early. She would like to believe that this was her first stumble in of the evening, but unfortunately not. To see that the person next to her is no other than her best friend, she instantly smiles and wraps her arm around Quinn’s waist in return.]

[She chuckles before taking a sip of her drink after the blonde clinks their glasses together. The taste is everything she loves, and the faint burning aftertaste makes it all that much better.]

[Blaine didn’t exactly know Santana well – just that she meant a lot to both Dani and Kurt. But even so, they had always been on good terms with each other. Blaine would frequent Santana’s working place sometimes and vice versa, and it wasn’t until recently that they had started talking about things other than the weather. And before he knew it, Blaine had already begun to let down his guard around her, managing to surprise even himself by telling her about his not-so-secret crush on Kurt.]

“I uh – never said I wanted to get a little more friendly with Kurt, Santana. Also, could you please try not to… you know, here?” 

[He whispered, looking quickly around for any sign of Kurt. He had to bite down on his lip to keep from smiling too widely when he spotted him across the room, laughing at something someone had just said and looking incredibly attractive doing so. The sound of their glasses clinking together brought him back to reality and he sighed a little, looking down at his drink.]

“Oh well… alright. I suppose a little alcohol won’t hurt.” [He conceded, raising the glass to his lips and draining it in one go. His eyes fluttered shut as the drink hit the back of his throat, then he let out what sounded like a contented sigh.] “This stuff is like, really good.”

[Santana didn’t like a whole lot of people. Her list of ‘assholes worth slapping’ was longer than anyone could probably imagine, but luckily none of her.. whatever Dani was to her, roommates had managed to make it onto that list. At least not yet. Despite having first assumed that an insane amount of hairgel would result in an annoying persona, she’d been pleasantly surprised. Blaine was down to Earth, sure, but he seemed like a good guy. In fact, he seemed like the type of guy that one Kurt Hummel deserved, so when the bowtie-lover had confessed his crush, Santana had designated herself as the matchmaker.]

“You said you were crushing on him, that means daydreaming about playing tonsil tennis and grabbing his ass. And relax, I’m keeping it down.”

[Perhaps she wasn’t the best at whispering, especially not while being slightly intoxicated, but she would do her best to avoid being the reason for drama unfolding. As if she’d ever been good at that. Santana couldn’t deny that she spotted the way Blaine began smiling, and even before she looked in the same direction she had figured out the cause of it. It was actually adorable to witness this, and to see how oblivious her best friend apparently was.]

“There we go!”

[She encourage with a grin, happy to see him let loose a little. Santana nodded approvingly at the compliment about the champagne and she took a step closer as she slowly made sure no one was observing them or listening in on their conversation.]

“Okay, so you’re one big ball of puppy-eyes whenever you’re looking at him, and you’re scared of me talking a bit too loud?”

[The eye roll Santana gave her was becoming a common occurrence. Dani knew she could be childish, but that was just her, and she knew Santana enjoyed it despite her annoyed looks. She wouldn’t still be here if that wasn’t the case, and she always noticed the corner of her lips twitching into a smile when she tried to look annoyed.]

You sure you can handle me telling you exactly?

[This kind of teasing was always back and forth with them, and even when they had just started getting to know each other it had been like this. Of course, it had only amplified when they started sleeping together, but the nature of it was the same. Dani could tell that Santana wasn’t exactly satisfied with the short kiss just by her face, but if she hadn’t, the girls next words definitely made it clear. She knew Santana was drunker than she was, just by the pout, and it only continued to amuse Dani. She shook her head with a smile, wasting no time to lean back in and kiss her properly this time around. She was the hostess, after all, and her job was to entertain her guests.]

[The question was cocky, childish, and just so Dani that it made her shake her head in amusement as a deep sigh escaped her lips. Her lips were turning upwards, her hands now completely wrapped around Dani in an effort to have her closer, and she just gave a small shrug. Perhaps trying to push some buttons she really shouldn’t taking their given situation into consideration, but screw everyone else – they were in their own little world now.]

I think I’ve proven to you that I can handle a lot more than you think.

[That shake of her head proved to Santana that she was getting her way, and even before Dani was leaning back in, she knew she’d won another kiss. Her hands curled slightly in the material of the girl’s blazer, trying to pull her just a bit closer. The kiss might have started out rather innocent, but Santana didn’t intend to keep it that way. She leaned further in, wanting more, and didn’t pull back until her lungs began to beg for oxygen. A smile was on her face, wide and smug as she grinned down at the slightly shorter girl.]

“That is true, though I wouldn’t mind having you two as sister-wives.”

[Kurt glanced around the room, wrapping an arm around his friend’s waist and taking a gander to at any potential hook-up candidates. While a few did catch his eye, he didn’t really want to sleep with any of them tonight. He just thought that considering he was there to celebrate Blaine, it would just feel weird to go home with anyone.]

“I don’t know if anyone is really worthy…though I think I see a few people I wouldn’t mind getting cozy with. But I’m trying to be a good boy tonight. It’s Blaine’s party, I want to see if I can even steal him away for a few minutes to see how his audition went.”

[They really were like a package deal, weren’t they? The three of them had been inseparable for years, and even more so as they’d grown older and moved away from the safety of their hometown. To have someone like Kurt by her side had made the city seem far less scary, even as Santana would never openly admit to it. Hand around her waist, she followed Kurt’s eyes in an effort to try and spot who he might point out. It didn’t surprise her to hear that her best friend wasn’t up to anything to crazy tonight, seeing as he knew better than to run off with someone and steal the spotlight. With a small shrug, Santana moved to pour them another shot.]

“Okay, can I be the first to ask you openly? Why haven’t you and Bowtie-Blainers hooked up yet? I get the whole ‘we’re friends and it’s cool’ thing, but haven’t you even thought about it?”

[Her questions were always blunt, people who loved her would know, and Santana downed the shot as she waited for an explanation she most likely would try and twist to Blaine’s advantage. If people can’t make their lives better themselves, then she simply had to do the job.]

[Kurt nearly bounced when Santana agreed to take a shot with him. Really, he knew that his best friend would agree to it. If there was one person that Kurt could count on to get his drink on, it was Santana. Despite the fact that there was a large crowd of people around them, he felt like the two of them together were always having enough fun to overshadow the rest. Honestly, Kurt couldn’t imagine having a better friend, and drinking buddy, in his life. ]

“Well, if I had to pick a pair then you know it would be yours. Quinn might accidentally fall in love with me if her lips got too close.” [He said jokingly then excitedly poured his friend another shot then raising his glass in cheers.]

[Her best friend’s excitement was not to be compared with anything, almost resembling how Kurt would react whenever someone spoke about Broadway, weddings, cheesecake or anything fashion related. It amused her, and she chuckled lightly at the scene. The joke had her throw her head back in laughter, a sign of how much she’d had by now, though not nearly enough.]

“And we can’t have that, we all know I called dibs on you years ago.”

[With a click and a wink, the shot was downed with ease, the burning feeling leaving her slightly fuzzy for about a second. That was until Santana recalled her real mission tonight. Setting the empty glass down, one arm snuck around Kurt shoulder as she cleared her throat.]

“So, who looks worthy of your attention tonight?”

[If they had a label, it would probably make things easier. Or maybe not, because after Dani’s last relationship, the last thing she wanted was a girlfriend. Though the idea of Santana being that didn’t make her flinch, which was scary in itself. But they were just dating, neither of them really speaking of what that meant - or if they were seeing other people. And now all their friends were there, and she swore she could feel Rachel staring at them somehow.]

[Her grin was obvious, and while she knew it probably wasn’t a good idea to start this, she couldn’t help it. Santana was an attractive girl, and Dani’s eyes had a hard time leaving that dress. It was insanely difficult not to think about kissing the girl, and with a quick glance behind the woman’s shoulder, she decided to just go for it. It didn’t have to be a big deal, they were dating after all. If she wanted to kiss Santana with all of their friends around, she could. And she did, her lips curving into a smile once she pulled back.]

[They were without a label, and to Santana that was more than fine. No labels meant no strings attached, the entire deal easier to handle and enjoy. Not that she’d mind them having a talk in that area per se, though it could wait to a later time if that meant enjoying Dani’s company without having to worry about anything. The words made her shake her head, her eyes rolling in fake annoyance as she squeezed the girl’s hip]

And how did you plan to do that exactly?

[The question rolled off her lips with ease, the teasing tone evident. The kiss hadn’t been expected, but came as a nice surprise and Santana eagerly leaned in to return it. It was short, far too short for her drunken mind to accept and she pursed her lips into a pout when they came apart, not satisfied at all.]

[Now that his audition was over and done with, Blaine was finally able to relax a little and think of something other than NYADA and Carmen Tibideaux. And even though he knew it wouldn’t be long before he would get back to worrying again, but he had no intention of doing so now, especially not at a surprise party that his friends had thrown for him. Because that’d be really rude, and Blaine Anderson was simply not brought up that way. As expected, almost everyone he talked to at the party had offered him a drink or two, but he didn’t really feel like getting drunk tonight. Not only because of Kurt, but also because he wanted to stay sober enough to remember the night. He was on his way to the kitchen for some water when a friendly face appeared and handed him a glass, before clinking it gently against their own.] 

“Why, thank you. What’s in this?” [Blaine asked politely, holding up the glass to examine it.] “I should probably let you know that I don’t plan on drinking tonight.”

[Santana had made it her mission to help out Blaine tonight. Preferably before she let the alcohol get the best of her. The poor boy seemed to be without game, and she clearly needed to help him out with that if he had any hopes of ending up in heaven with no other than Kurt. Everyone had been crowding him ever since he’d arrived, which made sense since he was the center of attention tonight, but at the given opportunity – she swooped in with a glass of champagne, seeing her chance to finally get some things cleared out.]

“It’s liquid courage, Anderson. Something you shouldn’t think too much about if you have plans of trying to get a little more friendly with Kurt.”

[She teased, only to be stopped at the worst sentence ever. Who doesn’t drink at their own party? The disappointment was obvious on her face, but of course she wouldn’t be having it as she made sure to clink her glass against his once more.]

“C’mon. Don’t be a party pooper at your own party. Let loose a little, God knows you deserve it.”

[Kurt was so excited when he got the news that Dani and Rachel decided to throw Blaine a party. He couldn’t wait to hear about the audition and get his drink on after another long week. Had he known that the girls were planning something big for Blaine, he would have suggested a helping hand - especially since he tended to be the go to guy for any party planning, but from the looks of it, Rachel and Dani could put him a run for his money. He loved the black tie dress code. Women dressing in long beautiful gowns and the men looking polished, he lived for it. And while when he walked in, all the drinking and alcohol took him by surprise but he was instantly grateful for it and quickly got comfortable in the environment. He managed to get along with their friends and was easily pursued into taking a few rounds of shots with his fellow party guests. Sure, Kurt was the type to want to keep a good appearance at events like this but he also liked to indulge in making bad decisions every once in a while. So after a while, he undid his bowtie and hung his tuxedo jacket in a safe place as he enjoyed the night and his lack of sobriety. He was hopping from person to person, mingling with the crowd and ultimately losing track of where his friends had gone off too in the process. That was until he spotted a familiar face and noticed they didn’t currently have a drink in their hand, a wrong that drunk Kurt felt the need to right.] 

“Shall I pour you shot? If it’ll help, I’m open to body shots. I’m not shy.” [He joked with a wink before laughing loudly. He could already tell that his whole body would hate him tomorrow, though he figured that was a problem for future Kurt to deal with.]

[By now Santana was past the borderline alcoholic stage, but who was even keeping count, right? They were here to have fun, to enjoy themselves and to have no regrets the morning after. Or so she hoped, but when had she ever really regretted anything? She had just finished off a drink, placing the glass somewhere she didn’t bother to remember to go try and have a brief moment with some fresh air by one of the windows nearby. Returning to the party, because it couldn’t really be a party without her fabulous and flawless persona, she was greeted by no other than the only man in her life. The question didn’t exactly catch her off guard, seeing as her best friend was in a rather tipsy stage himself, though the added information had her laughing.]

“I didn’t think you’d want lady-lips anywhere near your body, Hummel. I’ll settle for the shot, a regular shot, that is.”

[She said with a wink in return, grabbing a shot glass from the table and holding it out in anticipation of having another sip of liquid courage. Not that she needed it, but alas.]

[Dani was a big fan of any occasion was a great excuse for a party, but even more so when said occasion was her best friend getting a second shot at his life long dream. The two were close, but Dani would probably never have the guts to tell Blaine that what she admired about him most was him doing what she couldn’t do: not give up. So she always set herself up to show him in other ways, like inviting his and their friends to celebrate with him. And possibly, hopefully, come up with a plan to have him speak to Kurt in a way that made his interest possible. And maybe that would work out, because the party was turning out pretty good. Everyone seemed to be having fun, she had lost count in the number of drinks she had mixed for herself, and she had spent most of her time laughing or chatting with whoever was around. Santana was beside her, and she knew it, because it was difficult not to notice the woman you were seeing when she was close and wearing that kind of dress. But she didn’t want to be that girl, the one that clung to their - whatever Santana was - all party long, so she was trying to pace herself in chatting with her. Until she felt a body fall against her, and the words that then left the woman’s lips only caused her to laugh.]

Or on me, depending on how you look at it.

[Normally, Dani would have been a bit more hesitant. She wasn’t a cautious person, far from it, but with Santana things were different. They had mutual friends, all here tonight, and she wasn’t all too sure how to act. And had she been completely sober, she would have been hesitant in wrapping her arm around her waist, with her hand dipping down dangerously close to her ass as she tried to catch the woman from falling any further. But with some Jack running through her, it wasn’t something she even concerned herself with.]

That depends on if your drunk ass can make it to the end of the night without passing out on my bathroom floor.

[Santana rolled her eyes at the instant comment, not even surprised to find her.. well whatever Dani was to her, amused by the action and using the situation to cast a joke. It would have been a lie to claim that having their mutual friends around didn’t bring some kind of tension to the table, and she had honestly felt a tad nervous about the entire scenario. After having poured a generous amount of liquor down, however, the nerves had vanished into thin air as if it’d never been present in the first place. The arm wrapping around her waist made the smirk return to her face, wide and slightly cocky as she leaned into the touch. Of course she noticed how the hand dipped down further on her back than what would have been considered appropriate in this formal of a setting, but when had she ever cared about social standards?]

Oh, so you won’t be enjoying yourself if I were to pass out?

[She mused, her eyebrows rose in question as she shot Dani a smile whilst one hand snuck around the woman’s waist in return.]

[Bring booze. Enter fashionably late. Look hot. All easy tasks when you got an ass looking finer than half of New York’s population’s faces combined. Avoid too much eye contact with people you don’t want to talk to, focus on the people you care about plus your vodka and you should be good to go. Perhaps her dress lacked a little in the materials department, seeing how it clung to her curves perfectly and left little to the imagination, but Santana was satisfied as she waltzed through the apartment, drink in hand. The party had been going for a while, the mood was buzzing, people were getting drunker by the second, and she still looked damn flawless. In total, a brilliant night. Until the vodka kicked in more, and sooner, than she’d expected – causing her to fall into a person standing next to her.]

Shit. That one’s on me.

[Looking up she recognized the friendly face, and grinned a bit too drunkenly as she sipped her drink, her smirk growing around the edge of the glass.]

Ew, no one said anything about them sleeping together this weekend. I don’t want to be anywhere in the proximity when that happens, let alone too hungover to leave my bed. Okay, so I like to gossip but that’s not exactly a crime, is it now? I know you’d most likely punch me in my boob, or even worse, face if I told a soul so keep calm. You mentioned pushing them into a bathroom together, babe. That’s getting laid in my ears. You could always stay at mine if you’d want, have gross food for breakfast the next day?

This is why you’re my savior. I don’t tend to say it enough, but there you had your reminder in case you’d somehow forgotten. Can we have like a spa-day, soon? I kind of need to get rid of some of the bathroom things I have stashed away and there are more products than I can count which are all up fro grabs.
