This is the last, and hundred and sixty-second obioraobieze meditation

To every beginning, is allotted a befitting end. This end, when closely observed, holds definitive descriptions of all that transpired, throughout the activities, from the beginning. It is always details of the end, that justify the preceding labour, or mark its senselessness. Whatever be the case, the end inevitably creeps in, and the curtain falls.

Obioraobieze meditation on internet, started on MONDAY, JANUARY 15TH 2018. It was deliberately, programmed to appear every Sunday morning. And against countless heart-rending challenges, this was achieved. Throughout the years of labour, gsm network providers, including internet platform owners, one after the other, threw in frustrations of all kinds.

As with every valid dream, my heart desire to present my thoughts on life, to the conscious community of earth, has come to fruition. It was facilitated by reclusive living, fine art training and privilege of regular stretch of quiet time. I could not help availing myself of such profound and celestial tranquility, that created OBIORAOBIEZE MEDITATION

Living shrine holding all I possessed and loved, shall be my last will

In as much as final expiration of everything material, shall come to pass on planet earth, humans still labour to extend their presence, through statues, literature and so forth. Their finest and most enduring efforts, may persist only for a number of centuries, yet humans do not give up. However briefly, these memorabilia are educational materials.

Accordingly, I shall commence the establishment of OBIORAOBIEZE SHRINE in Onitsha Nigeria! It shall hold details of my earth life, the much of it I can assemble. Everyone who has something, that belonged to me, may eventually contribute to the shrine. On completion, it shall have a sturdy, spacious structure, to protect everything displayed in it.

Therefore, before Almighty Deity, human law, all members of my nuclear family, well-wishers, this is my WILL, MY FINAL TESTAMENT! Everything I possessed, used, and created, if it is still in my possession, when I die, shall be saved in display, at OBIORAOBIEZE SHRINE! My dead body, shall be the principle item in the SHRINE, that I may rest as I lived!

After my death, may my life not be judged by fairy tales spun by others

It is very clear, going by distinguished autobiographies around the world, that no one can actually, present his life story better than himself. No doubt, everyone may not be able to publish details of his life, as he lived it. Yet, the efforts are preferable, to whatever may transpire in a biographical narrative, even when profound and dispassionate.

I have lived through circumstances and situations, created by me. These include many others that were thrust on me. These came from different kinds of people, who I stumbled across through the years. By evaluating everyone according to his character, I evolved my personal nature. Gradually, I assimilated elevating aspects while isolating antagonism.

And if by any means, my affairs on earth shall expire now, I desire that my present incarnation, be defined by the comprehensive letters of obioraobiezemeditation. It is the totality of my perception of human life and the journey of the soul, through countless incarnations. Thus, the contrary, notwithstanding its purity of intention, is unacceptable.

By death, all earthly affairs of the striving human, remain temporary

Having combed through recorded history of humans, congregating in organized communities, scientists have arrived at undeniable truth, that there exists a clear demarcation between material, and non-material things of earth. They could observe that, all material objects and situations emanating from them, did expire, and were assimilated into the soil.

Notwithstanding the enormous dimension of the earthly structure, at the passage of ample time, it shall wear away, and cease to exist. It is therefore, not the human alone that has non-permanent presence on earth. Everything he created, or was in existence before he was born, shall eventually die away. Thus, the earth was quite different, earlier on.

Therefore, the human needs, as a matter of urgency, focus on the more durable affairs of mind and soul. More specifically, he shall concentrate the most, on spiritual matters that endure beyond material death. To the human that knows, the physical business, that shall engross his attention, shall only have perceptible impact on his spiritual growth.

As of rational necessity, there needs be a place all the dead assemble

All through human cultures the world over, debates continually raged, on what happens to the human when he breathes his last. Contributions are vast and various. However, what stands out, all the time, is great likelihood of a place of congregation, of all souls. This PLANET OF SOULS shall most probably, be of a structure, already familiar to humans.

The discerning human shall consider the complex structure of earth, and appreciate its qualification as a place of learning by mistakes. He would thus, understand that the planet of souls, shall not necessarily be different. Since human life is a continuous bundle of activities, it shall be expected that such continuity exists on the planet of souls.

By laws of attraction under gravity and magnetism, solid bodies navigate from an environment of habitation to another of similar structural constitution. Precisely in the same manner, when the vehicle of navigation is dropped in death, the remaining mind and spirit, being soul, shall continue to a place with rhythm, similar to the human’s earth planet.

Suicide is willful yet regrettable destruction of one’s life by oneself

As far back as history can tell, humans have always killed themselves, with their own hands. Perhaps, potential suicides draw pathetic inspiration from the notion, that all affairs of the earth planet, are buried with the corpse of the deceased. By this, the human contemplating suicide, assures himself, that he is ending his frustrations and sorrows.

Doubts strongly linger on the notion, that suicide ends the distressing depression that compels the human to personally, destroy his own life. The harrowing experiences that assail the hapless human, were not all the time, of the physical body. When the issues are not directly of the mind, they are outright, precise aspects of the spiritual faculty.

It follows that since it is only the physical body that is discarded and buried at death, the human as soul, takes all his shortcomings, into the new life, beyond the earth. Earthly travails therefore, would not end if they normally continue with the human, uninterrupted by death. Perhaps, the crime of suicide, would simply add to his transgressions.

Killing one human by another is murder, mostly due to unsettled feud

The finality of death quite often, presents a macabre attraction of permanently, putting aside distressing situations, including humans that created them. The dead immediately, stops being a threat to the affairs of the living. His claims and accusations come to an abrupt end, the moment he drops still and unmoving, mostly, in a pool of his own blood.

Death’s grisly attraction has been with humans, since the initial congregation in organized communities. And murder is still a crime, and remains unacceptable to the decent society. In all cultures of the world, the deliberate destruction of another human’s life is strongly condemned. The killer lacks intellectual strength to negotiate or complain.

Quite often, painful ripples from an act of murder, spread beyond the dead victim and his killer. Families and friends get ensnared in the thick web of the initial bloodletting. At times, nations come to hostilities over unresolved case of unlawful killing. Therefore, petitions and litigations are always preferable to taking the law into one’s hands.

Victim of death by accident never intended it. It was always unforeseen

Every human at a time, shall expect he would die. This obtains in all cultures of the world. He has seen all manner of people around him dying and being buried. As he matures, the adult human begins to explore various implications of death. And with time, it ceases to be a distant spectacle, involving other people. Death becomes real and personal.

Yet on a normal day, every human would love to prolong his stay on earth. He endeavours to draw out, here and there, a few more thrills from various nooks and crannies of earth. There is, in a manner of speaking, a compelling magnetic vibration pulling and holding him down on earth. He is never prepared for his last breath. He does not want to die.

Perhaps for this reason, regularly, throes of death present forceful trashing and jerking, while the human struggles to breathe his last. This death comes by illness therefore, by accident. It was never intentional. And the human under this circumstance would have run from pillar to post, in search of healing. In spite of everything, he still dies.

On death, the human ceases to respond to various affairs of the living

From scientific and non-emotional examination of death, the human who was alive and active, slows down and then freezes still. He becomes motionless. He would no longer respond to stimuli of any kind, from his immediate environment. The speed of this cessation of life, differs from case to case, depending on the cause of death. However, life stopped.

Moments after death occurred, the human’s internal organs begin to decompose. When left alone long enough, everything else shall dissolve. And if nature is allowed to run its full course, at the passage of full time, even the skeletal structure of the human remains, will be assimilated into the soil. Human would cease to exist, to the physical eyes.

However, by the penchant of mortal humans, to tinker with the impermanent status of their presence on earth, morticians throughout recorded history, set to work on the earthly remains of humans. They strive to deny the dead body, the finality of waste and decay. They embark on mostly, complex process of embalming the corpse, to preserve it from rot.

When war ends, all efforts in building and sustaining civil life begins

It is a fact that could not be faulted, that every war always comes to an end, notwithstanding the length of its duration. And after all hostilities, what follows is the cleaning up. This would not involve the physical evacuation of debris of destruction alone. It shall include fragmented intellectual and spiritual faculties, of the ravaged populace.

The implication of the above, is that every warring party, shall provide both in its mind and within the military force, a functional provision for commencement of a robust civil administration, at the end of hostilities. As much as possible, transformation into the civil governance needs, in fact, begin towards the resolution of the last battlefield.

It follows that universally, and as a matter of urgency, the military shall vacate civil governance, and retire to the barracks, when the war ends. They shall only confine themselves to addressing, external security threats from neighbouring states. The police force shall thereafter, undertake the security arrangements within the civil administration.

Comprehensive destruction of the enemies in war, would never be victory

It was never the intention of warring humans to put a permanent end to their life on earth. Strange as it may appear, observing the humans before engaging in war, they exhibit intentions in a future life of civil peace, after the war. Yet, when they eventually, embark on bloody hostilities, they mostly become vile and evil, activating deadly weaponry.

The fact that humans in hostilities, do have a preferred nature of relationship with their adversaries, creates the solace, that there shall be peace. Thus for that peace to be achieved eventually, on a regular basis, the rules of military engagement in war, shall be revisited and modified. All horrendous tactics and weaponry, shall be dispensed with.

Yet, as far-fetched as it might appear, the rate at which devastating weapons and techniques of war are being created, planet earth may be in grave danger of utter destruction. Sadly, caution is thrown to the wind, in the brutal expansionist ambitions of unenlightened warmongers. Perhaps what is required is collective mediation of the decent society.

When humans cease to communicate amongst themselves, the result is war

Time and again, disputes arise among humans, when they fail in comprehensible interaction with one another. Initially, it would appear like a party involved, paused to catch his breath and sort himself out. However, when that sorting out, is not reciprocated by the other party, distressing friction arises. And without urgent resolution, war results.

Notwithstanding mounting distress prevalent, in efforts at initiating and sustaining communication, among rival ethnic communities, war shall never be a preferred option. Accordingly, in order to achieve culture of unifying interaction, there needs be a profound appreciation and expression of unalloyed compromise. Personal sacrifice shall be a virtue.

It follows that, without fail, there shall be established in every sovereign state, a robust culture of interaction between ethnic communities. In spite of a submission’s unattractiveness, the language of response, even rejection shall be refined and respectful. Compromise shall be raised to a level of national virtue, while denouncing war vehemently.

War is defined by mindless and military subjugation of opposing parties

If truth shall be courageously harnessed here, brute force undeniably would be affirmed as, signifying reduced presence of discerning intelligence. Rational negotiation being energy sapping, time consuming and mind-stressing, nations find military force easily effective. Instead of using reason to win over dissidents, they are beaten into submission.

It must be noted that the situation of military brutality is rampant in the newly independent sovereign states. Perhaps, concerned citizens only recently emerged from vicious, bloody struggle for independence, and it is virtually impossible, to make rational political negotiations. Rather communities needs inculcate the virtue, before the separation.

By implication, communities agitating for independence, shall not wait until full separation from their parent country, before establishing substantial frame work, for responsible civil administration. It is also at this early stage, that contentious issues straining national relationships shall be tackled, to manifest functional cultural patterns.

Disastrous consequences follow the reckless development of new state

Quite often, new nations split out of their parent countries through prolonged nerve-racking political agitation. While hostilities lasted, wild dreams and throbbing hallucinations would spur the young fighters forward. Life-threatening risks were rampant. But then comes victory, exuberant celebration, followed by a rash of developmental innovations.

It is understandable that virtually everybody would be in a hilarious haste to create a super nation, in few moments of receiving independence. In such hyper boisterous situation, ideas are bound to clash. If reasonable mediation is not applied, communities would be thrown back into the battle field; this time, in defense of personal political agenda.

That the fledgling nation may survive sovereignty, the initial efforts at splitting out of the parent country, shall focus comprehensively, on united existence after independence. There shall be profound negotiations and responsible agreements on living in the new state. Above all, every action shall be taken to reject military actions, therefore war.

Natural principle of reproduction impacts on political states, as well

Earlier on, it was a case of a powerful military nation, conquering and banding other countries together, into a grand super empire. Nations fail when administrators are distracted from building together

Studies of failed political states, reveal enormous increase in the population of aggrieved and therefore, dissenting citizens. Based on all sorts of discontent, citizens, individually and in groups, begin addressing national issues from countless numbers of platforms. Shortly, parallel administrations, begin to threaten the integrity of the nation.

All the time, it appears that great feelings of frustration emerge, in addressing pressing national issues, for instance, bordering on allocation of federal dividend, that does not get around smoothly enough. The disappointed citizen would normally, commence agitation lawfully. Yet, the ruling authorities may not view the petitions with equal gravity.

Now, when all the distressing issues emanating from unsatisfactory manner of governance, begin to accumulate, disaster looms large. Like every living thing, all sovereign countries grow old and then die

Looking at the nature of earth through recorded history, one would firmly arrive at the conclusion that, with passage of time, everything shall submit to demise. So far as it manifested at all, as time goes, tear and wear of usage shall drain off its strength, functionality and eventually, durability. Great empires, like everything, are no exception.

It has been observed that nations that held on together, into centuries, did eventually succumb to disintegration. What exceptionally nourishing political policies and activities did achieve, would be another stretch of time, nothing else. As the awe and influence of the ruling class begin to wane, agitation for independence increases among regions.

Towards the end of a distinguished empire, erstwhile docile and loyal neighbouring countries, would present retaliatory and expansionist tendencies. Coupled with internal wrangling, it becomes a matter of time before the great empire breaks up into smaller nations. That is, if external military forces do not overrun and colonize it wholly, or in part.
