Do aquam sudor merfolk have their own type of shell or artifact that they can use to grant themselves the ability to become human/merfolk in comparison to marina merfolk?

Also… considering David’s situation, is it common for humans and merfolk to have relationships?(based on the extent of humans that are secretly aware of merfolk…)

This is a very good question.

The nautilus shell is only found in the sea. Thus, most merfolk of Aquam Sudor don't have the same access to the land as those from the sea. But there's also the fact that there aren't that many mer from freshwater bodies on Earth.

Without giving too many spoilers, David is a rare situation. As is story progresses, you will discover more about his origins and why he can transform into a human like Zef and Seraphin. It isn't too common for humans and merfolks to have relations, as their worlds are very far apart. So much so that some mer have never seen another human and vice versa.

YUP! This was a joke I made with a couple of friends that day, I will isekai one of my characters using Truck-kun. XD I think it's one of the silliest, dumbest, and funniest tropes out there, and the temptation to use it was just too irresistible.

Hello Obi! If I may ask, what are the specific flowers you used for your characters in the Floral pictures?

Hey. These are the flowers I used for each character thus far and the meaning behind them.

As for Seraphin and Zef I use corals instead of flowers. The purple coral that I used for Zef symbolizesdeep intuition, spiritual wisdom, and protection, acting as a potent, calming, and grounding force. The red coral I used for Seraphin symbolizing vitality, protection, and passion. Historically revered as a talisman against the "evil eye" and misfortune, it is believed to enhance courage, strength, and life force.

Why were we able to take a picture of Sky if he's a vampire?

This is a very good question that someone brought up a while back and I managed to finagle a reason as to why he can be photographed digitally. And it's a good one at that. Back in the day, one of the fundamental ingredients for analog photography and processing film was silver. This process was called daguerreotypes, which used silver-plated copper, as well as other methods that used silver nitrate. It's the same reason why vampires couldn't see themselves in mirrors because of a thin film of silver that is used to coat the back in order to make it reflective. But now with digital cameras and cheaper mirrors that use aluminum, vampires can see themselves :)
