TS4 Object States

Wanted to expand on my post about live mode object states.

I nabbed the textures from the High School Whiteboard from High School Years and the Sharing is Caring Hobby Whiteboard from Businesses & Hobbies. I also grabbed pictures of the the states for the base game bonsai tree and chessboard. Lots of photos etc below.

High School Whiteboard:

This one is tricky, as I don't know how to get these states very well in game. If you shift click and 'Reset Object (debug)' your sim will go over and change the state to one with graphs and such on it (one of the first two I believe). You'd probably have to play in a school to get the other states. Anyway, photos as follows:

Sharing is Caring Hobby Whiteboard:

This one is easier, as these states correspond to lectures, of which your sim needs level five of the matching skill in to give. Not every lecture/skill gets a unique texture, and I am leaving it up to you to trial and error if you want a specific one (I do not know which lectures give which textures). I know archeology is the one with the pie chart and graduation cap, though.

why is there no posts about ts4 objects with different geostates you can get in live mode. maybe not only geometry but like, texture states. like you can put a whiteboard in your build but you can also have it have writing on it if you pop into live mode and interact w/ it. there's also supposedly fill states of containers? and like, what if I want to use a broken object, idk. live mode states. I want an exhaustive list of these objects.

As much debate as there is about tone tags, 90% of the issues would be solved by just typing the word. Like instead of typing /gen or /hj you can just write (genuine) or (handjob) and you'll be doing pretty much the exact same thing.

Of course I personally think it's less awkward to use some rudimentary language skills to form actual sentences and phrases. They don't even have to be complicated. Like "Genuine question, why are you doing that?" Or "I'm being serious. Stop that." Or "I'm going to jerk you off now."
