Why must modern anime look like such ass...

#101 complains #I know I know it's complicated and nuanced and blah blah #how about rich people throw their money at some animators so they can afford to put the effort these stories deserve into them #I just really dislike the like over use of gradients and light glares and how perfect and shiny everything is it's hard to explain #also the color pallettes are wack and nonexistent can we get some color stories going on and not just slap over-saturated colors everywhere

#101 complains #its machine translation!!! its existed long before ai!!!!!!!#it doesn't replace actual human translators because no machine will ever be able to understand all the nuance and artistry required!!!!!#but its a useful tool for people who aren't able to spend thousands hiring humans to translate random bullshit for them #like me!!!!#even when using machine translation I still need to go in and go word by word to understand the actual meaning like #its not replacing the human factor it's speeding it up so I don't have to sit with a language dictionary and grammar guide #going word by word one painful second at a time
