My thoughts behind the Xion piece is that when Xion eventually gets comfortable with herself and her identity around Sora, she exhibits playful behavior like rough housing and teasing which I imagine she adapts from Roxas and Axel.

Sora sees Xion teasing him as her way of opening up to him, her former rage towards him evolving into one of something more docile and equivalent to sibling banter. Seeing as she once was the same person as him, I feel that Xion is the best at empathizing with him and picking up on his cues.

i was rewatching 'The Star Beast' today and i still don't love how overpowered the Fourteenth Doctor's sonic screwdriver is (i love its design tho), but i've come up with a headcanon that makes me like it a bit more:

what if the TARDIS created this more upgraded model of the sonic screwdriver because she knew this regeneration of the Doctor was going to retire and lead a quieter life, so by giving him an upgraded sonic screwdriver she was making sure it would keep him safe and get him out of dangerous situations more easily. it's the TARDIS' way of taking care of this Doctor who's supposed to be resting and healing
