i do not wish to be mad at the world.

Think of emotions like the weather.

Everything will pass. Although in the moment these feelings of sadness, anger and anxiousness can feel so unbearable, the pain is only temporary. Allow yourself to feel it fully. Process your emotions head on and don’t fear it. The best way to get through things is to acknowledge and to not suppress.

You are climbing a mountain step by step. Don’t let it overwhelm you! In the end you’ll be so proud of yourself looking back at where you were vs. where you are now. This is the best way to build inner strength and discipline. Becoming these version of yourself does not happen overnight. To truly commit to this requires you to be patient with yourself, to be kind to yourself and to allow yourself to make mistakes along the way.

i feel insane and i feel stupid for saying that i need someone who will tell me i am capable and i am good. my bones feel brittle. a breeze is a hurricane and this time it’s my hometown. nothing to grab but piles of clothes stacked up to the ceiling.

if you hear out loud what you believe in your head it must be true. or at least another person thinks the same as you.
