Dharma and Greg translation help needed

Hello, sorry I didn’t post any gifs lately. I joined a subtitle group several months ago and we’re translating Dharma and Greg (English to Chinese) and currently on Season 4. While doing the proofreading for S04E08: Charma Loves Greb, there are some dialogues I can’t understand so I really need some help.

Dharma: I thought we can go down to Fisherman’s Wharf and get some lunch, and then go down to the Farmer’s Market and get ourselves a couple of nice fresh farmers.

Greg: Sure, honey.

Dharma: You know you could tell they are fresh or not. They squeeze you, get it, huh?

Greg: Sounds like fun.

I don’t get it. Something to do with fresh and squeeze?

This is a bit older (from Summer 2012), but can we take a second to appreciate this cast.

I can watch this video forever and still laugh.  From the cast humming their theme song to talking about a Rossi/Reid ship (RRossi) to growling and then reminding everyone that Shemar is still with the cast. Pretty sure they talked more about random stuff than their actual show :)
