so this is my first time on here in months & months and it’s only to find out that my account has been used by someone else. i don’t know if it was hacked or i’ve just forgotten to log out somewhere, but either way i’m pretty disgusted. apologies if anyone has received any messages or anything, i don’t have outbox enable so i can’t be sure. 

anyway, i came on to say that i’m incredibly sorry to everyone for my vanishing act. as has happened before, i’ve had a continuously tense relationship with my parents since coming out & sadly it came at the cost of my access to internet/time & energy to roleplay. things are finally getting better (i’ve moved out completely, for one) & i’m just about to complete a relatively trouble free first semester of university. i’m not sure i’ll be returning to the community anytime soon, but it’s high time there was an explanation on here. i love so many of you & hopefully one day i’ll be back on here. until then, though, i hope you’re doing amazingly & know that you deserve the best things in life. this lots of love, archer.

❛the tulips are too red in the first place, they hurt me. even through the gift paper i could hear them breathe lightly, through their white swaddlings, like an awful baby. their redness talks to my wound, it corresponds. they are subtle: they seem to float, though they weigh me down, upsetting me with their sudden tongues and their color, a dozen red lead sinkers round my neck. nobody watched me before, now i am watched. the tulips turn to me, and the window behind me where once a day the light slowly widens and slowly thins, and I see myself, flat, ridiculous, a cut-paper shadow between the eye of the sun and the eyes of the tulips, and i have no face, i have wanted to efface myself. the vivid tulips eat my oxygen.❜

    … TVD is another show i’ve failed to get into. i’m that guy, i know. mercying is my entire life & one of my fave blogs of all time & i’m 99% sure that’s TVD ?? other than that, i really don’t know. any TVD roleplayers who i follow are welcome to comment so i wake up to the fact that you’re around       but i don’t think i can help you out any more than that, anon !!

     in all honesty, i haven’t seen an episode of the 100. please forgive ? the only ones i know i follow are raisedbeneath ; lionthought ; warstained. there’s probably more & i just don’t realise that they’re from the 100. i have a terrible habit of falling in love with roleplayers & their writing &, yet, having absolutely no idea who their muse is/where they’re from. if you're from the 100 fandom & i follow you (because everyone i follow is incredible, let's be real), feel free to comment so i/the anon knows you're a thing ??

when this blog was established on the 20th of december last year, i had no idea how long i’d be staying. i mean, muses — as many of us know — are often fickle, and most of them almost never stay. i admired so many people who’d been able to last months and months and years and years with their muses, who had developed themselves and their characters simultaneously with the passing of time. i never thought i’d get that — i never dreamed that i’d find that one muse who i was going to be married to, in a sense, before elsa. and now? man. the english language has failed me; i can’t find words to express what i feel right now.

but more than that — more than the satisfaction that comes with the knowing that your muse has been a positive force on your life — what i never thought i’d get was just the entire experience of being here. as an introvert, i oft found it difficult to put myself out there and connect with people, in real life or not. roleplaying has provided an avenue for me to do so without as much difficulty as it often poses, and i’m very proud to say i’ve made so many friends whom i treasure and love, and will continue to do so until the end of time. so this? this is not for me. this is for you, so you guys know how much i love every single one of you.

i love love love love lOVE the emotional depth that you give finnick bc he's such a misunderstood character?? not in the typical 'no he's not bad he's just misunderstood' but like in the fact that people seem to latch onto one part of his personality & think that that's all he is. but you see beyond that & get right into the nitty gritty of finnick's character & you back it up with your perfect writing & yeah, i love you a lo t & finnick, too. ♥
