The surname comes from Sailor Moon's protagonist [I'm a fan of majokko series in general]
Debby doesn't like being in Octavinelle,yet it's the best dorm for her.
The irony comes from the fact that the name of her UM:"match the heart",is similar to the tweels.
She's a matchmaker for fun,her UM comes in handy. With it she can see red strings of fate. Extremely confident in her peculiar line of work.
She works at Mostro Lounge after Azul managed to make her sign a contract [that's also why she can't tolerate him]
Her online nick is "MoonShine". She likes gaming but she's a rage quitter. She's in the board game club because there's no art one.
She's secretly a freak when it comes to having crushes [Usually fictional and they're eldritch horrors]
