I am living the hardest hours of my life, and the doctors have told me that we may lose my little boy within the next 48 hours while I stand helplessly beside him, I will not forgive anyone who sees this post and does not support me with a single word and ignores me.
Because of his illness, Qais has struggled to eat or drink for more than a week, and his weight has dropped to only 7 kilograms. He urgently needs medication and treatment, but I cannot afford the cost while time keeps running out.
