tweak and shellington are workaholic besties. They've both been called out for their horrible sleep schedules and tendency to get lost in their work 🙏

I like to imagine one time they both were practically kicked out of their work stations and were just sitting at the kitchen table like.

"So.. what are you in for?"

"Apparently I fcked up my hand by tightening too many bolts for three hours straight.."

"Oh! I messed up my hand by writing for four hours straight!"

And then they just like immediatly understood eachother and BONDED.

Silliness and lack of sleep aside, I do think that Tweak goes to Shellington for help on the inspiration on her Gups. Even in real life some of the most advanced submarine advancements are based off of studying the physics and capabilities of real animals! (Including penguins lol).

Heck, the whole reason the octopod has a bubble converter and is shaped like an OCTOPUS is because the engine itself is actually supposed to work like how an octopus swims! Which is a form of jet propulsion!

and Tweak figured out how to adjust that system to fine controls and with metal materials! Tweak is so smart and im totally not in love with her *COUGH COUGH*

Also I think that when the vegimals hit a certain age that started to become aware how easily Shellington could lose track of time and etc, and they just go 🥺🥺🥺 can you sleep with us 🥺 and then they just trick him into sleeping earlier lol

i don't think they'd mind the Shellington cuddles tho :>

Shellington ayuda a Tweak a escoger el animal de inspiración para el diseño de sus gups y le da datos curiosos de los animales con los que ella le agrega funciones a los gups 🦦🐇

Personalmente no los shippeo pero creo que ambos forman un buen dúo

Últimamente he estado viendo muchos "Humanizando a los octonautas en picrew" y también quise hacerlo (´ω`)

También les agregué algunas banderitas con mis headcanons (Dashi, Shellington y el profesor Inkling tienen la banderita Inclusiva por qué no está la banderita de Aliada en picrew y Tunip tiene el fondo blanco porque en mi AU es un niño y todavía no define su sexualidad)
