like it seems like people who say that your ethics and morality are completely divorced from what you actively seek sexual gratification from think that having morals is something you just clock in and out from. like some kind of club that you belong to or something, like an identity that you can take off. and not a deeply personal and all encompassing part of who you are as a person, which affects everything you do and what actions you take and how you feel about yourself and the world around you. if you’re trying to fool people into thinking you’re against some fucked up shit but get off to said fucked up shit, you are not morally against it. you are just pretending you are so people don’t ostracize you. could not be simpler
