HAVEN'T BEEN ON TUMBLR IN MANY YEARS - THOUGHTS & REFLECTIONS
My god I haven't been on here in years... Things sure have changed! Between now and my last post, I've made a lot of changes and been through a lot of stuff. Reflecting on it all is kinda crazy.
Since my last post, I:
- Lost my gf of 9 years
- Been in a new relationship for a year
- I'm now a father of beautiful baby girl
- I'm not close to my family anymore and live alone
- I've been homeless
- I've done a few jobs and now have one i can safely say I like
- I nearly died a few times
- Fighting an addiction to hard drugs e.g. Xanax, started in 2016. I've been sober for 3 months and we are at the end of 2020
- Witnessed history by going through a global pandemic
- Suicide attempts and ideation
& So much more
Just writing this makes me reflect and look back, like wow. There's so many more details and changes that have happened. A lot of people from my past are just that, from my past.
Thanks to any & everybody still checking out this blog. Not to be cliche but I hope this post makes you realise you're stronger than you actually are. Really curious to see if there's anybody from my generation still on here (I'm 26, I got on here when I was 19!)
Much Love
