What do you think of the new SVTFOE intro for season 3?

Okaaay! Okaaayy! Here it goes my opinion UuU

Rant time! >:DArt and animation wise, I sure liked it but, it’s just me or it seems to lack the energy that the first one has? I mean, it looks like having less dynamic than the previous one.

We see tar and Marco happily running together. It’s nice to see our two dorks as always ^ ^ but I wonder, how they get to that point after the last happenings? I’m intrigued :3

On the other hand, let’s talk as if the opening were a bunch of hints of the actual happenings that are going to be part of season 3

I like A LOT to see Tom… OMG! Tom being pushed more towards the main characters side… I think he’s the best part of the opening.

Let’s face it. I really like Marco but I’m tired of him being the only male character having a big spotlight, which always ends in Marco’s Harem… So, let’s hope Tom can shine a little more and why not? bring to life different ships… preferably ones that don’t start with “Mar” or end with “co” XD

Also I think Tom has a lot to explore, so I wish for him to have more screenplay than I expect.

Well, talking about the group, Janna and Ponyhead are in of course :) but I see Kelly’s there too. I’m surprised she has done it to the main group, really. Let’s see what they have prepared for her.

Is this season going to be Mewni centered? Like Marco leaving earth to visit the magic Kingdom?

Mhh, that has a good potential. Having the heroes in a more magical environment opens many doors. Specially portals, explore those dimensions, guys! That also prevents the creative team to fall in their mistake of having so many characters to explore in the town, like Alfonso and Ferguson or Brittney and the Cheerleaders, and just not doing anything with them because, let’s be real, they handled them poorly.

So now there’s, at least, a reason for them to not being shown so often. Finally *Rant increases* No Jackie in the tittle sequence.

Well, If we keep taking the opening as a hint of what is going to be plot relevant, this is extremely disheartening for me. This insinuates that… well… that was all.Her subplot could be taken off easily and done. No need for Bon Bon or kissing the crush. There is no reason for such a build up to just don’t deliver a real story for it.

If that’s the case, Jackie would have no point on being even in the big picture or any supposed triangle subplot because her arc was lazy and poorly made…

If I may add, season 2b has been the less fav for me til now. And I realized that is not because the eps are messy or anything *cough* besides Running with scissors *cough*. No, I was watching some random eps of S1 and they have similar tone and content so they’re not bad. But that’s the thing. After the hiatus we were expecting for a rising in the episode content quality. Save for two key episodes we didn’t get anything different.

Of course we love the interactions between Star and Marco but their dynamic didn’t change at all. I would sacrifice some of that for a better development of the story. It looks like they decided to avoid any development as much as they could to give us more Star and Marco. You know I’m a Starco soldier, people, and I’m with all of the people who says that Starco is our medicine but, as I heard someone saying: Too much of a medicine can get you poisoned. Starco is no poison, so watch it writers! Handle with care!

I’m finishing this opinion by saying that I reeeeally hope I’m wrong about the bad points I exposed here. And well, in any case I’ll keep my expectations low about those, to not end disappointed just in case those are true, because I really love this series. And, if I’m wrong, to be surprised in a good way about it =PEh, let’s better wait for S3 and thanks for reading my tantrums :D

Y’know you’re kind of coming off as rude. Just sounds like you’re unsatisfied with a drawing you got for nothing.

I don’t like drawing nudity for the sake of nudity. At worst I do it as a joke. At best it’s because it actually enhances the point of the drawing.I’ve got plans and rules for JFJT that I follow. I’m not 100% accurate when following said rules but I’m trying. That last drawing was already probably over the line? Maybe having a post actually explain what JFJT is and how it should work isn’t such a bad idea.Provided everything goes according to what I want to do with JFJT, you’ll get your lewds. But as of right now it’s just kind of a mini-project that I have to make sure doesn’t overshadow the real thing when it comes. I’ll have a lot more freedom then. It’s gonna be a looooong wait though.

I was straight up asked for an explicit one and this is about as explicit as I’m willing to go for now. This may already be jumping over that line I keep talking about. I’ll tone it down a bit from now on.

I follow very strict rules with Just Friends Just Touching. It’s part of the reason why they’re so far and few in between. Coming up with one is it’s own process.

ever considered making a speed paint / process post ?

I’m very happy someone asked! I never really considered my artwork to be worth something like that.My PC has been on it’s last legs for a really long time now and my graphics card is slowly dying. I give it about two years until it’s not even fit to draw on anymore. No worries about me stopping drawing though, I’ll get a new PC by then.But I can’t do anything that requires more than the minimal amount of processing power.

Yay! Congrats on a new blog! So, where were we? Ah, yes, MORE BORDERLINE LEWD STUFF please.

Borderline lewd stuff is fun and great. But I decided to serious up a little bit with the last couple of drawings I did.I like making beautiful drawings that strike the eye more than I like relying on the lewd factor. Funny how one is more effective than the other.That said, another Just Friends Just Touching incoming any time in the near future. Just got a few kinks to iron out before I can actually do anything with/post it.

I have been avoiding replying to these questions and I apologize for that. I just couldn’t for the life of me come up with an appropriate way to do it.Replying with text only seems bland and boring.Replying with reaction images from the show seems cheap and lazy.Replying with my own drawings is just hard to figure out as I’m not good with reaction images.

So I guess I’ll settle with replying with reaction images and see what y’all think of it. Fix up my blog too to give clear links to just my artwork or just ongoing projects like JFJT so reply reaction images don’t dominate and clutter up my blog to the point of not being able to find anything.I’d like to engage with all of you more. It’s fun.

I like drawing borderline lewd stuff because it's fun. But there's a very thin line a tread all the time. I don't like drawing explicit nudity for the sake of nudity. What I do like is making beautiful/pretty/cute images for people to enjoy. I’m not good at sketches or doodles. I’m not good at requests or comics. But I can draw a mean finished drawing.
