It's really simple. If you're born with a vagina and you naturally have elevated testosterone levels, you're a man. If you have a vagina and you take testosterone, you're a woman. But also if you have a vagina, you'll never be a man. But also if you have higher testosterone then you were never a woman. Woman never yes man a vagina testosterone no was an elevated. Vagina man.
great work everybody
what on earth is it that possesses thin people to go onto any post where a fat person is being vulnerable/discussing insecurities and feelings of undesirability/having a VERY serious discussion about eating disorders/etc. etc. and open up the replies to go "wow this is so real and beautiful. can relate on the opposite end because i've always been skinny. always been really skinny and small and thin so i relate except the opposite, on account of because i'm small (unlike you) so it's the same thing i think. i tried soooo hard to gain weight but the pounds just don't wanna stick! lol. people tell me 'eat a burger!' which hurts, because i like being small and skinny and petite and little and i think it's so beautiful that i'm thin. just thought a different perspective might be helpful live laugh love xo"
ah yes, what every children's animated series needs
Homestuck references
edit: yes, this was confirmed to be real and on purpose by the previous Lead Art Director on Bluey
this really is the funniest website since 2000 followers roughly equates to 5 notes as your floor on any given post. 30 if you’ve said something wretched.
it feels like a whalefall in here
In the club
I think I’m literally never gonna be sick of this masterpiece. I think watching it on a loop for eight hours could fix me. Dancing’s what clears my soul. Dancing’s what makes me whole.
i would have played pretend on the playground with all of u btw

"Anyone who believes that abusers lose control of themselves should peer through the window when the police enter a home. Hundreds of women have told me: 'It’s as if he could flick a switch. The police arrive, and he’s suddenly cool as a cucumber. Meanwhile, I’m freaking out, so of course they think something is wrong with me. They don’t believe he could settle down that fast.' If abusers truly had tremendous problems managing their anger, if they were as emotionally vulnerable or deeply injured from childhood as they often maintain, they wouldn’t be able to shut themselves off like a faucet as soon as a cop knocks on the door."

whenever people post about how they had to explain fandom to their mom and it was miserable, i’m like WEAK. WEAK, WEAK, WEAK. you haven’t lived until your mom decides to become the club advisor to the community college anime club for over ten years to support your horrid teenager lifestyle. you haven’t LIVED until your sweet innocent hairdresser starts showing you her daughter’s five nights at freddys fanart and asks if you can explain it to her. YOU HAVEN’T LIVED until a new friend you’ve just made corners you in a crowded elevator and says “you look like someone who reads homestuck, can you explain it to me?”
my mom has repeatedly asked me to stop explaining fandom to her at many points in my life. explaining fandom to your mom is a challenge you can, and should, win.
another confusing thing is when a man calls you beautiful or something and you watch him watching himself say it and you see that he’s more impressed by his own observation/consumption of you than by your organic presence and you realise the whole thing is basically a performance and his ego is the audience
every single time a man reads something that is beyond his little baby brain he is immediately like OOOOOHHH. Mentally ill woman CLOCKED. maybe yr just stupid
There’s something to be said for the way the older generation adheres to social rituals that cultivate community… when I was younger I would be mad embarrassed when my aunt would have me meet random people & I’m still shy but I woke up went downstairs and she introduced me to all of the stonemasons working on the house, bunch of guys she was feeding fresh fruitcake and coffee to and it’s like… yeah this is nice actually. This is what is missing from a lot of modern lives. Like making real efforts at introductions & getting to know whoever is around you even if it feels a little bit awkward is good for growth.

so... 16 y/o me would probably be happy about 32 y/o me still drawing Fay
please let me get that job in algae management
alot of people on twitter are way too comfortable admitting how much they’d bully the freaks in high school because they “deserved it” as if the reason bullying is bad is because the wrong people are being bullied and not because it’s traumatizing.
i love this take in particular because “vibes” are just like. stereotypes that cause you to view certain people with certain traits as inherently more violent or untrustworthy and it’s nice how social media has somehow turned that into a rational way to view the world and not like. comically bigoted
We live in fascist times
“High school bullying and cliques are fascism” said the person who didn’t understand what that word meant.
