Hope you are doing well what with the current situation that the world is in right now. It's only been a week since where I'm at stated a 24hrs lockdown but idk about everywhere else's lockdown hours.

I am doing well! Here in the states, I believe here in the states we are reaching the end of our 4th or 5th week in quarantine. I’m certainly ready for it to be over.

I know everyone is probably itching for an update. The chapter I’ve been working on for a while is just coming slow to me. At this point in the story things are starting to get complicated plot wise and it’s difficult to write. Little by little it is going though! I am also currently tossing around the idea for either a Reader x Daenerys fic or possibly an OC x Daenerys fic. I’d actually really like to know what you guys would think of that, so let me know! ~”Dragon Wedding”

Kelnaerys Targaryen

Cloak of Protection~

This is the ceremonial cloak of protection given by Kelnaerys Targaryen to Kyra Stark during their wedding ceremony at King’s Landing. It was sewn by Queen Daenerys’ royal seamstresses.

The cloak depicts heavy dragon imagery, such as swirling wings and decorative heads. A head in each corner is meant to exemplify the ancient skulls of the long dead Targaryen dragons on display in the throne room of the Red Keep. The square, white ring of knots symbolizes the strong, familial bond between Daenerys and her daughter has the last remaining (known) members of House Targaryen.

Wings are sewn to indicate the taking of Kyra Stark as family to House Targaryen, and placed under the protection of them and their dragons. The scarlet color and black background are nods to their house sigil. The white dragon crawling through the center is unique to the ocassion, as it is meant to represent Kelnaerys’ albino dragon, Yraexes.

~Sorren Snowarrow~

The newest character in the TNG series is Sorren Snowarrow, son of Jon Snow and Ygritte. He was born in 301 AC only days before the Battle of Castle Black. Ygritte was determined to fight against the Night’s Watch and, after giving birth, sent her son back beyond the Wall with another Free Folk. She wanted to raise Sorren the Wilding way after Jon Snow abandoned her, but was unfortunately shot dead with an arrow to the chest.

Sorren is almost identical to Jon with black curls, strong jaw and rippling muscles. The only difference between them is Sorren’s striking blue eyes. He was adopted by a Wildling couple who raised him the best they could. When the Free Folk returned beyond the Wall after the Long Night, Tormund took it upon himself to tell Sorren who he was when he was old enough. Jon was unaware of the existence of his son, but told Tormund of his Targaryen parentage before he died. Sorren was told of his past at a young age and always dreamed about what it would be like to grow up in the halls of a palace instead of amongst the snow.

Like his mother, Sorren is an expert shot with a bow and arrow. He earned his last name from his father’s surname combined with his mother’s love for the bow, which also happened to be the same weapon that killed her.

~Lord Monterys

Velaryon

The Queen’s Master of Laws is the eccentric Monterys Velaryon, Lord of the Tides and son of the late Monford Velaryon.

Monterys is an interesting man that almost nobody can stand. This includes our very own Kelnaerys Targaryen. Even though she is distantly related to him, the princess can hardly tolerate Monterys’ constant rambling and irritating need to stick his nose into everyone’s business. Daenerys often wonders how such a noble, quiet man like Monford managed to make a son so....exhausting.

Lord Monterys is know for his bouts of unnecessary exaggeration, which usually causes confrontation between him and the other lords and ladies. For how much he causes trouble, Monterys in the first one to scramble off, tail between his legs as he goes, at the first whiff of an argument.

Monterys has one sibling, a younger sister, by the name of Elaehra. She is unmarried and lives on the island of Driftmark, House Velaryon’s ancestral seat in Blackwater Bay. He is yet to be married and scoffs at the prospect, believing that “no woman is good enough for him”.

I know you've already given us a picture on how aur power couple leeks like, but I can't help but imagine Kel and Kyra looking like Connie Bonacieux and Dorothy Castlemore from "All for One" by KindaTV on YouTube. Idk if you've heard of the chanell, but they made our iconic Carmilla Webseries

Yraexes’ Egg

Daenerys was rather shocked to find an egg like this come from her black dragon. The red did not surprise her, but the white had her puzzled. She did not know much of the way dragons passed traits and characteristics down from generation to generation; but she was sure a dragon like no other would hatch from this egg.

Likewise, she gave the special egg to her only child.

When the hatchling popped from his confines, Daenerys watched in awe as the albino creature rose into existence.

He was unique: stunning white scales, like a knight’s armor, that could blind you just by looking and brilliant, blood red fins and wings adorned his body like a king’s cloak. His horns looked like they were made of ivory, a gallant crown befitting for the young lord of dragons.

“Yraexes. That’s what I’ll call you.” Daenerys whispered to him, as the baby dragon climbed up the back of her daughter.

Tyrion Lannister has been Kelnaerys’ best friend since she could talk and he has idolized her ever since she came into the world. As soon as she said her first word, she never stopped, and Tyrion was always there to answer any question she had.

He would diligently sit with her and help her with her studies, teaching her the history of House Targaryen and of Westeros. The dwarf mesmerized the young princess, and she often wondered why people were so downright horrible to him.

Just because he’s small doesn’t make him less of a person, she’d think to herself.

If the princess heard someone vocally dismissing Tyrion, she would defend him, even in her young age. To this day, if Kelnaerys catches wind of talk against her advisor, she is more than happy to meet them with harsh words accompanied by Valyrian steel.

Tyrion felt, in his own way, that Kelnaerys was like the daughter he never got the opportunity to have. When she got older, they’d get into mischief together under the nose of Daenerys, who always found out eventually. The Queen would stare at them together longingly, heart swelling with love, till she found out what they had done later and scold them both accordingly. Tyrion was usually given the “You are my hand Tyrion Lannister, what are you doing” lecture while Kel mostly got “Kelnaerys Targaryen is this any way the heir to Iron Throne should act” speech.

He was her advisor, her friend, and a father figure all in one. Being a Targaryen, and also being royalty at the same time, made it hard to have true friends. However, Kelnaerys knew she could always count on Tyrion Lannister. Because, as he would say, “Lannisters always pay their debts”.

The Targaryen Family

Jon Snow was unfortunately killed during the Battle of King’s Landing, in which Daenerys Targaryen overthrew Cersei Lannister and claimed the Iron Throne.

He died honorably protecting his cousin Arya Stark from falling rubble and was found by Greyworm after the fighting had cleared. Before word of his death was made public, Daenerys was told she was pregnant with their child (I confirm that Kelnaerys is indeed boat baby!!). She did not know if her baby was to be a girl or a boy, but was nonetheless delighted to tell him the wonderful news.

Daenerys hoped that they would be wed and would rule Westeros together, as the last living Targaryens in the world. The idea she was with child shocked her greatly as she vividly remembered the curse placed upon her at Khal Drogo’s funeral pyre by the witch, Mirri Maz Duur. It gave her hope that her house would still yet thrive. However, Dany was heartbroken to hear of his passing, but loss was a horror she was well aquintated with.

When her new baby was born, Daenerys had been sure it would be a boy. Throughout her whole pregnancy, the Queen had thought of the child growing in her womb to be undoubtly male. The way the fetus would thrash and kick at her uterus would keep her up at night and she vomited at least once a day after her second trimester. But, when the young royal was born, Daenerys was almost left in tears of overwhelming joy as she gazed lovingly into the lilac eyes of her newborn baby girl. She did not resemble Jon Snow, and was the spitting image of her mother even as an infant with fair skin and platinum-silver hair. Her baby girl was Targaryen through and through.

It was the first time since that moment in King’s Landing, after she had defeated the Lion Queen, that Daenerys felt as though the world had yet to rid itself of House Targaryen.
