I daydream too much. It’s affecting my life.
I’ve tried to stop daydreaming, but I failed.
🪞 Confession: I daydream. A lot.
I've always been a daydreamer since I was young. It helps me to stay introspective and creative.
Sometimes my daydreams feel like a movie playing inside my head... with characters, plots, and entire worlds I’ve built over the years. It happens when I’m walking, trying to focus, or lying in bed trying to sleep.
I must say, I have an overactive mind and I'm constantly thinking about everything all at once.
At first, I thought my daydreams were harmless. But over time, my daydreaming started to interfere with my life.
I’d lose hours without realising it. Tasks would pile up. I was half-absorbed in another reality.
And eventually, I started asking myself the question many of you might be asking too:
“Why do I daydream so much? Is it normal? And how do I stop?”
