there are many stories in this world. some about couples that tried to love, yet it wasn't fated, and it only led to their demises. the story of a girl that had been cursed due to her mother's actions. tale of an archer who's body stayed living far longer than his soul, wishing for release. about a prince who wasn't supposed to take over the throne, yet still became a king. but, it would seem that no one ever bothered to ask the important question: did they ever want to be the center of attention? did that prince ever want the crown forced onto him? did that archer want to leave the world before he was truly ready? did that poor mute want to speak freely-- to sing and laugh? did those lovers ask to be star-crossed? did any of those characters truly want to be a protagonist who’s story ends up in a sick tragedy for others’ amusement?
----i sure as hell don't.
