LOGAN:
There was a major difference between Logan and Roxanne. Logan was one that just did. She did everything that she was able to do. She didn’t have a care in the world. If she did, or if she worried, she would never be able to pull the trigger. Roxanne was a worrier. She worried about every single thing to the point that she over worried. “Of course I’m certain.” Logan said matter of factly, knowing that this was what she wanted. She wanted to at least try this. She knew what she wanted. Everything else was going to just figure itself out as time went on. “Are you sure you want to be dating a cripple with one leg?” She asked, knowing that Roxanne didn’t know about the biggest life altering injury she endured when the helicopter exploded. “I think I’ll be able to do that. There’s a lot of ground to cover then because I have a list of places to show you. But first, lets get you home.”
“You lost your leg?” the brunette gasped with sympathy. Mostly she felt terrible that she hadn’t been there to help. “I’m still sure. Your leg isn’t your body part I found the most useful,” Roxanne joked, stepping forwards to wrap her arms around Logan. It was difficult to take her eyes off of her. She hadn’t expected to see her again until they’d accidentally got back in contact. Things were happening very quickly, but for once Roxanne didn’t care. She felt so lonely back home at times and whilst she knew she needed to go back there, she felt at home when she was around Logan. No matter how long they’d been apart. “You made a list? This is why you are so freakin’ adorable.” The woman reached up to press her lips against the other woman’s. “Show me your place.”
