Oliver watched as Serena picked up a few flowers, head turned to the side. “They’re pretty nice,” He hummed, eyeing the flowers. “That’s the cool thing about flowers, each one is different. There’s never any duplicates.”

“that’s very true,” she gave the other a warm smile, “I think I might take these two for my bedroom with some of my other flowers,” she said placing the two into her bag with the top half poking out, “I hope i didn’t bore you with the flowers, i know they’re not that interesting”

A frustrated groan left Oliver’s mouth as his eyes narrowed on the punching bag. He was in a mood and it was as simple as that. For some reason Oliver couldn’t even throw a damned punch, which was why he was now walking out of the room, eyes adverted to his phone. As he felt someone run into his chest, a surprised gasp left his mouth, “Jesus, are you okay?”

serena usually paid attention to her surroundings but today she was distracted, she was unsure why she was though, she couldn’t put a pin into it whatsoever. since her mind was elsewhere it was bound to happen that she’d bump into someone. “oh my — i am so sorry, i wasn’t paying attention, are you alright? no injuries no?”

“don’t you just love the colour of these flowers?” serena said holding up a couple of flowers. “they’re my favourite colour, the different pink shades make each one unique, don’t you think?” deep down serena knew the other may not be as interested in the flowers as she was but she was terrible at small talk, especially for a princess.

“I, uh,” Daniel said, shaking his head out of embarrassment. “I always thought that horse riding was one of my, uh, strong suits…” He mumbled, standing up and dusting the dirt from his palms onto his pants. “But, I was obviously just proven wrong.” Daniel added, bringing one of his hands to stroke his horses mane.

“well, i guess it isn’t one of your strong suits after all,” she said walking over to the male after what looked quite the scene. “are you alright though? you didn’t hurt anything did you?”
