Victoria Reynolds’ oil paintings and drawings of raw meat deconstruct the idea of preparing flesh for the purpose of consumption. The works elicit a visceral reaction of disgust, but after the initial shock, they pull the viewer in for a closer inspection of their meticulously painted details.
