ok here are my thoughts on a rose raised by bro… i do like versions of her where she is a lot more dave-like and has sunglasses and everything, but i just want to take her a little bit of a different direction. i think bro knew when he was raising dave that he was raising a knight, and so he would know that he was raising a seer which is kind of the building block of this concept.

rose strider would never be trained with a sword, he’d be testing her with zener cards, setting up the apartment with bizarre puzzles and trip wires and things for her to predict. her whole life would be a my sweet audrina mind-fuck. beyond that, i think rose is much more tolerable to bro than dave. she’s so much more like him, i think she would be like a very favorite doll to him, a prized possession. she’s very spoiled, but in a cage.

she would be super unnerving, just a grade-a creepy girl, and always dressed up. i imagine her kind of like if lil cal was an old doll, like sat up on bro’s shoulder in her frills making everyone uncomfortable. sort of reminiscent of claudia from interview with the vampire.

also this rose would be juxtaposed by DAVE LALONDE who to me would be some kind of brideshead revisited sebastian flyte type figure and they would just be completely insufferable. welcome to my twisted mind

let me tell you about one of my weirdest shifts at tgi fridays

DUDE: its about 9 pm and its cold as fuck outside DUDE: these two people walk in and ask for a table for two DUDE: they seemed really nice and respectful

DUDE: the guy goes

DUDE: but then he didnt and instead came up to me and said

DUDE: so i said DUDE: oh really? thats awesome! do you want us to do a celebration? DUDE: he said no and that if we did she would "beat his ass" DUDE: so i said okay and he walked off

DUDE: i passed their table once and they were looking over the menus and stuff like normal DUDE: i gave them some time and came back

DUDE: and i shit you not right after i said this DUDE: they started making out so hard

DUDE: i was so fucking scared

DUDE: anyways i walked out after that happened and i never came back DUDE: really weird shit
