This cat is extremely well trained! They don’t however believe to be a dog - cats will lash their tails when they are stimulated. This cat is thinking hard and focused on the treat and the behaviour it is asked to do. They are trying to let the excited energy out somewhere.

I love this video so much. You can absolutely teach cats tricks!!
