how to deal with dysphoria!
some littles might have a hard time regressing/keeping themselves regressed due to gender dysphoria. here are some tips that might help! also, keep in mind, not everything helps everyone!
since i am a ftm, there might not be too many tips useful for mtfs :(
1.) fluffy, baggy clothes! onesies, hoodies, sweatpants, some short baggy pants, anything!
2.) blankies! cuddle them, cover your chest, lay on them! nothing a soft blanket can't fix :)
3.) write positive messages for you to find some other days, and to make you feel better now! you can write on your arm, as notifications, as alarms, in your journal, notebooks, on pieces of paper to scatter across the house!
4.) tell a sibby/cg if you're feeling a bit more dysphoric, im sure they'd love to help you! perhaps they'd use your name and pronouns more that day, or maybe they have their own tips to help you with aswell!
5.) there's plenty of things to do when regressed. on harder dysphoria days, don't take baths! it could make you feel sm worse! :((
6.) draw yourself! or make picrews! it's fun, and you might feel better seeing yourself from a different side :)
7.) do activitiest to help you feel as your gender identity! paint your nails, take care of your stuffies, brush your hair, etc!
these are some things i do! if i get more ideas i'll definitely do another part!
