Aisha, A 27 year old girl from Kolkata with big aspirations who is new to Mumbai. Despite being the new girl in the city she was indeed a fearless woman, quashing all societal norms. Aisha was calm, composed and mature she has her goals and aims set in life which is quite opposite of Sid as shown in the movie. Aisha liked independence, The independence of having your own home, cooking your own meal, exploring a new city all alone soaking everything in her deep striking eyes but she didn't forget her roots Aisha liked harmony for her party was spending a good time and having a cup of tea, She even had the strength to reject her boss's proposal for jazz night and sticking to her Indian classics. As a kid it fascinated me how could a person want to be like that and not sid he is so fun! Yes sure being sid is very fun but as I am getting older I am finally getting What Aisha was trying to say, Being Alone gives you the joy of independence and freedom but not always Mumbai is a fast paced and someway or another you will feel lonely, sid was what connected Aisha to Mumbai, he was what made Aisha fall in love with Mumbai and her home even more. Sid made her experience her first time rain in Mumbai. Aisha taught him how to set an aim in his life and how to achieve it, how to not follow societal norms and do what he loves. Aisha being so independent she still needed sid in somewhat way in her life and sid needed her the same way. People no matter how different they are still need each other, aakhir kar din beet jaane ke baad koi ek toh balcony mei sath baithke chai peene wala chahiye hota hai, Chahe ya toh vo khud tum aur tumhare khyal ho ya phir koi tumhe khayalo mei rakhne wala ho. Now that I am older I find this fascinating.
