Depression is a choice? I think you mean Depression is a product of suffering, a side-effect of emotional trauma. It is never a choice. It is a state of the mind and/or the brain of a person.

Also… even if you have depression, it doesn’t mean your capabilities are limited. You are still capable of doing things a person without depression can do.

Having depression isn’t a choice. But letting it defeat you is.
