I write fanfiction during my downtime. I like to write mostly fairytales and fantasy AUs because I love the spins of fairytale tropes with our favorite blorbos in them. I do love writing wholesome content, but you may occasionally find yourself clutching your pearls and seeing some nsfw/suggestive content here and there. Please avert your eyes if you are a minor and heed all warnings/tags in place. I do like to share wips of my writing, so if I have readers following, there is the potential to see future work spoilers.

I’ve been keeping an eye out on my roses 👀🌿🌹They are loving the sun and weather!

This was yesterday, 5/12, still in buds but ready to burst!

Today 5/13, they are in full beautiful bloom. The peach, pink coloration they have is absolutely beautiful.

Hiii cinny!! Its so good to see u on the dash!! I think the first fic i read of yours was some of kitten era (i need to read more aaa) but my favorite is leave a lantern on (the kitsune zai one but I cant remember the title perfectly /^\)

I think my favorite part of that fic is the lightness that comes later. Dazai's barely concealed excitement still sticks out to me.

Ahh, Kitten Era will follow me around to the ends of the earth, haha, it's such a fun fic to write for. I think the rollercoaster ride of Kitten Era is what makes me giggle. Half the fic can be absolute fluff and charm, and the second half would probably tug at your heartstrings and tear you up. The number of times I've given myself emotional whiplash is countless lol.

Light a lantern, say you'll stay, my beloved, 💕 Ah, that fic was so fun to write and collaborate on! I think for that Kitsune Dazai, I wanted to show him as this playful, trickster character, but also incredibly lonely, and dangerous. If Kitsune Dazai didn't think they were worth leading to safety, passersby would not see the light of day again. But with Chuuya, he immediately hit it off and took him back home to keep for himself. Having Chuuya with him definitely changes him, and it brings them both happiness to finally have a place to call home in each other. I like to include that domesticity and fluffy feeling about them. I think it makes for a good balance between the story's scary/angst/drama elements.

Hi hi! I am here once again to check up on things and stumbled upon your ask. Has it really been a month since our last talk? Gosh, I lose track of time so quickly. Thank you so much for your kind words; they really keep me going! Can't say enough how much they pick me up and make me happy. You are so thoughtful!

After our little talk last time, I wrote a little more on the next chapter of KE because I was truly inspired. So as a little gift, I'll drop the snippet here.

I started wondering what Part 2 of KE would look like, and I've been thinking about names, what arcs to include, and what characters would appear. Lots going into its planning, hehe.

Catzai would most definitely try to eat plants; he'd sniff the flowers, then swat at them and chew them. Which reminds me, my neighbor next door has a black cat I recently found out about. It likes to wander outside from time to time and sometimes sits next to the fence, chatting with my dog. I say this, but it literally looks like they are in conversation, and my pug is the most harmless little guy you'll ever meet. It cracks me up because that is very KE catzai behavior. As long as the dog is on the other side of the fence, he's brave, eating grass, and playing in the yard while my dog minds his business and sunbathes. Truly, there is inspiration all around me, lol!

As for the garden blog, I never made it, and maybe I should since I'm sure Twitter is likely getting tired of seeing posts about my flowers ☠ Wanna ooo and aaaa with me real quick? Look at how beautiful the peonies and iris are! ooooo

And well, I don't know what I'd call my garden blog, but when I have a name for it, I'll come by and drop it off :) So many things are blooming... spring is such a nice time of the year. Minus the bugs.

It's always nice to hear from you, and really, thank you for thinking about me. I miss a lot, including my Tumblr friends and thinking about SKK. I hope everyone is doing well, and please never be scared to reach out to me! I'm always a hop and skip away.

“Are you in my apartment, asshole?”

“Oh wow, Chuuya! That was quick. Your slug brain is keeping up!” Dazai giggles. “Don’t blame me. Blame your security. It’s so easy to convince them that I’m still part of your band with a counterfeit badge.”

“You really need to stop doing that. You were a temporary,” Chuuya grumbles with a sigh and a pinch to the bridge of his nose. “What are you doing there anyway?”

A laugh and then once again, the phone is fumbled, as if placed away from them, as Dazai’s voice sounds a little further away. “What am I doing? Well, I said I was going to paint you a picture, but I also needed to hear the sound of your voice to do it.”

“Chuuya…” Dazai’s voice lowers, and a moan escapes his lips through the line. Just the sound of his name on Dazai’s lips, laced in lust and honey, gets Chuuya’s adrenaline pumping again. The scream of his fans has nothing against Dazai’s breathy moans.

“You better not make a mess on my bed without me there.”

It's been roughly a month since I tumbled out of here, and I just so happened to open Tumblr for the first time since then (I grew a pair of wereballs to open it in my browser, since I deleted the app on my phone). Thank you so much for your message. Thank you so much!

I read it, and all the positive messages left on that last post really made me happy. I think about everyone on Tumblr often, too. I hope everyone's year has been good so far!

I am doing a lot better mentally and physically now. At least, for the time being so I’ll give a teeny update. I did a lot of venting on my Twitter, so you'd see a lot of my issues there. I didn't want to vent on my Tumblr because that's not what my blog is about. This blog will always remain dedicated to SKK, my wips, and my safe space.

During this break, I've been putting more effort into my garden and flowers. I thought about starting a blog about my garden, but I wasn't sure, so I set the idea aside. I do occasionally post updates of my flowers on Twitter.

I started seedlings for daisies, forget me nots and sunflowers, though, my sunflowers are currently struggling. My peonies are also ready to bloom soon!

Occasionally, I've been streaming on Twitch in the evening (though I'm not very good at it and I make a terrible vtuber). I'm still constantly thinking about my writing and wondering when I'll write again, though I'm not sure if that'll be anytime soon, since there is talk about moving out of our home to somewhere new. So many things up in the air, so many things to focus on...

What is time? Can't believe we're moving at the speed of light. Suddenly, it's almost May. What is happening? My existential dread and anxiety can't take it.

Intrusive thoughts aside, thank you lots for the well wishes! I think about my kitties often, and you thinking about them makes me happy, too. I recently noticed an uptick in KE kudos, and my first thought was, "I wondered if that may have been your doing", aha!

I didn't put my kitties to sleep (aka hide them on AO3) because I figured they are too loved to go to bed even as an incomplete fic. Too rambunctious, they likely wouldn't listen to me anyway. I would take a paw to the face from Catzai if I tried or thought about it, so they are free roaming, exploring PM headquarters in my mind until I give them their assignment! (❁´◡`❁)

All in all, I'm in a better place just focusing on new things and what comes next. Small steps at a time. I can't wait for vacation this summer and, hopefully, settling into a new home at some point in the future.
