Spilt drinks could have the littlest effects on the human race or the biggest; at the end of the day, it just depended on what mindset the other party was in when their drink was getting jolted out of their hand by someone that wasn’t paying attention, so it was another reason for Aaron to get to his feet and be prepared for what the other woman may do. Luckily, she walked away, but not without Aaron catching that evil glare- which amused him. Looks could kill. “Probably a while.” He admitted, plucking the empty solo cup out of her hand, assuming she had had enough for the night. Or at least for right now until she wasn’t tripping over her feet anymore. “It’s not.” He chuckled, giving a shrug as he looked around him. “But did you know that introverted people thrive off the energy of others?” He started, his head bouncing as if he was nodding over and over, but it was too subtle to be a nod. It was just…his head moving as the wheels in his head were moving as he tried to explain himself. “I figured I was already away from home, so i’d head this way to visit a close friend of mine while I had the time. He mentioned coming to this and I had no argument over it. And i’ve ran into a few people I know that I haven’t seen in quite some time throughout the day, so it hasn’t been terrible. It’s nice seeing people you don’t see everyday when you live on opposite sides of the country.” He finished his rambling. “But I could say the same for you. Sure, very extroverted and like company, but a festival? I don’t see it.”
Even if the drunk female had down anything Laura knew how to take care her self. She would more than likely win in a fight. Of course, she would never want something to get to that point, but she would have held her own in anything. Laura tilted her head to the side as she looked at him when he took the cup. “I only had one drink, I just got lost in my own thoughts. It happens to the best of us, so you don’t have to play over protective friend just yet,” she said to him. To be honest Laura did not know why she came to the festival. Yeah, she did like to have a good time, but mostly around people that she knew and it was more tame than what the festival seemed to be. But she just did not want to sit alone in a room for another night, so going out of the comfort zone did not seem like a bad idea. Laura rubbed the back of her neck as she nodded when he mentioned that the whole festival had not been her cup of tea either. “It was either this or sit in a room alone again, so I decided on going out of comfort zone for the night, so I made a flower head piece and came. Yeah, I feel slightly awkward, but at least I am not alone again,” she said with a grin. Laura looked around for a slight moment. “What do you say we go get a drink? You can make sure I don’t walk into any more drunk girls and we can explore the awkwardness together?” she asked him.
