While I’m not particularly enamoured with Ricardo Cinalli’s neo-classical work on the whole, this particular piece is a favorite of mine. “Human Landscape" is surreal to my liking and the colors seem to escape my colorblindness (I suppose), but its the raw emotional quality that touches me personally - as does "The Scream" by Edvard Munch.  …Powerful.
