Please keep in mind that the focus our shop is locally-made merchandise! ✨ However, we are also growing our boutique. If we do not have an item on hand that you're interested in, we can get it & it can be personalized!

🌸 HOLDS: We DO NOT hold items! Please utilize our website to purchase items you are interested in.
🌸 LAYAWAY: We do offer Layaway plans for in-store purchases $50 or more. Discounts do NOT apply and a 30% down-payment is required. The final payment is due within 30 days of initial payment. Payments must be received by us on or the day before they are due. Once payment has been made in full, your layaway items will be released.
🌸 PICK-UP: We do offer in store pickup for online orders. We do not currently offer local delivery unless it is a gift delivery to local businesses.
🌸 SHIPPING: Please allow 1-3 days for your item(s) to be shipped. We may not be in the store when we receive order OR one of you items may be in the process of being crafted.
🌸 PRE-ORDERS: Occasionally, one of my vendors and I run pre-orders. These items are NOT in stock. We will post the estimated wait time and will create a post with a deadline and all invoices must be paid by the deadline. If you do not receive an invoice, PLEASE LET US KNOW. If you do not pay your invoice, your items will NOT be ordered. There are no returns or refunds on pre-orders.
🌸 RETURN POLICY: Due to most of our items being handmade by various local artists, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If you would like to speak to the artist behind your item(s), please reach out to us! We strive to satisfy all of our customers!
