Let’s pretend that vaccines do cause autism in a small percentage of children who receive them. I would still vaccinate myself and my future children without a second thought. That’s because having a child with autism is not some horrible curse like ableist idiots think it is. If you’d rather have a child at risk of dying from fully preventable diseases than an autistic child, you are a bigot who should not have children.
