things that keep me going
- not being ashamed to wear things that are off the shoulder because you can visiblyĀ see my collarbones
- confidence
- the comfort of feeling my wrist bones whenĀ nervous
- feeling proud after successfully completing a fast
- being able to see/feel my hipbones and rib cage more and more
- i feel my jeans getting too big for me
- clothing from 5+ years ago fits me or is too big
- not being scared if they have a big enough size at stores
- my legs rarely brush against each other when im walking
- i just feel lighter

What I did to lose weight.
Please be safe, Iām not encouraging unhealthy or life threatening habits.
Since I posted my before and afters, I am being flooded with questions on how I did it. So here is a post outlining what I did. Iām going to leave out calorie details because I just hit 4k and really donāt want to be deactivated. Consume the calorie amount that you think works best for you.
- I drink almost a gallon of water per day, sometimes in green tea form.
- Once a day I drink a mixture of raw organic apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon and water.
- I take womenās vitamins that have a lot of amazing weight loss and energy properties. I personally take GNCās womenās ultra mega. These have saved me.
- I intermittent fast every day, meaning I consume all of my calories in a two hour time frame, usually around dinner time.
- I do not consume sugar, oils other than olive, and white carbs (potatoes, white rice, white bread) And even if Iām not restricting, I still follow these guidelines.
- I like to drink diet Arizona green tea and diet soda as meal replacements during the day.
- I do cardio almost every day, mostly running. Thereās not a specific distance that I go. I go until I feel like my body needs to stop, which is okay. Do not push yourself.
- Remember that everyoneās body is different and this may or may not work for you. ā¤ļø
Also people want to know:
How long it took? A year and a half.
Did you get loose skin? Yes. What has helped a lot is taking collagen pills every day and working out the areas of the body with the loose skin. (Arm circles and crunches are great) This really pulls the skin back to the muscle.
What about my stretch marks? They are now almost translucent and white. You canāt see them unless you look very closely.
