Think im going to pick up a subscription for Illustrator this month so that I can start digitally finishing my work!

I have played around with several different coloring tools and i have yet to find one that I enjoy on paper. So, until here are a Sketch and Lined page i just finished before work!

I had a strange dream about meeting my inner self, manifested in three figures.

In the middle was my rational mind and beliefs.

On the right, my passion and intuition.

And on the left, my chaotic yet positive nature.

It was a weird dream but a really neat one! More illustrations about the event on the way!

I have had finals this week so my free time has been scarce but im still challenging myself!

This page achieves a lot of what i want out of the challenge! More character and mecha design!

I may be a few days late but im going to do my best to keep up with May sketch a day! I need more practice with drawing mechines and making use of the whole page so this month ill focus on drawings like this! perhaps ill have an entire cast of characters and ships drawn up by the end of the month!

Ive been playing with thicker lines and water soluble pens!

I got a handful of Pentel and Stabilo color pens and I think i like the Stabilo more. This sketch was colored with the Pentel and the pigment isnt as flat as the Stabilo BUT these reacted to water just like watercolor which is very cool.

50 buck art haul! Finally got myself some gel pens for highlighting. WATERCOLOR AND AQUASHES! Plus I got a safety blade and some cold press paper.

I spent the greater part of the day fleshing out a story based on my OC drawing! I had a simple concept that I wanted to follow and if I can put it all together nicely then I’ll start releasing a web comic sometime this year. I still have a ton to learn but I figured that if I draw what is necessary to put out a comic then I’ll have an reason and subject to actively draw every day! Postings will become more selective from here on out to protect the work and the story but feedback would be greatly appreciated when I share anything!

I suppose this would be my first OC (un-named). I have a simple story worked out that I'd like to illustrate someday.
