yeah, that’s probably it. most people just pay attention to the B E A T, like you said. if you’ve got a killer beat, you’ve got a hit. or how they’re singing it. some of these girls on the radio need some more auto-tune.

all i know is kids and teens these days definitely listen to only the beat of the song. and some listen to the most explicit songs these days and they don’t even understand what it means. damn right. what happened to autotune this day in age?

i wouldn’t say it’s STUPID at all actually ! ever since the continuous mix up of lyrics from all these big artists it’s hard to really trust anything they sing about. it’s like one big conspiracy in the music industry. to be honest i probably would’ve listened in for the cookie part just because it’s C O O K  I E S so . . ?

yeah exactly, but i just love the little sounds that’s added to the end of some lyrics. it just gets me extra hyped, but that’s just me. it’s pretty quick and clear if you wanna listen to it and listen for c o o k i e.

nope, you make T O T A L sense. i bloody love lyrics, like you have all these beautiful lyrics you barely notice when you’re jamming to a song. that song is my f a v e, i swear to god. 

alright cool, i was h o p i n g  i was making sense in what i was talking about. it’s the little things in songs that i notice. one of my faves too.

yes !! i’m always doing the background vocals, it’s my favorite part. or like ——— the hype man part. that new dj khaled song, which is like, my favorite thing at the moment, has a part in the chorus that’s like, i know you wanna ride. and right after, khaled yells, ‘let’s ride !’ catch me NEVER missing that line. those are always the best parts of the song, honestly. 

it’s the greatest isn’t it? oh shit, i hadn’t noticed that in the song, i’ll have to listen closely again. but even in no problem by chance the rapper, after he says, ‘there’s gonna be some dred headed  in your lobby’, he goes bleh bleh or somethin like that, it’s so hype.

you never know though, right? some people may think i sound dumb for askin about some lyrics that are so simple as the word cookie. ain’t gonna lie though, i can see your ASS shakin to bad and boujee. sorry if that sounds like a dick comment comin from me.

…seriously ? i don’t even really know what to say. i guess props to you for noticing the small shit. no one hardly pays any attention to lyrics these days. why else would so many shitty artists be making so much MONEY?

maybe it has to do with me listening really closely to songs and notice little things they’re saying. naw i don’t think anyone ever really does anymore, they’re more so only INTERESTED in the beat of the song instead of actually listening to what they’re saying.

call me STUPID, but am i the only one who listens to the little things in songs? example, in bad and boujee, you have ‘rain drops, drop top, smokin on cookie in the hotbox’ then they yell cookie. i’ve noticed that everybody skips the C O O K I E part, but i just love it. am i making any sense? naw? damn i probably sound like an idiot then.
