i am starting to feel like bingeing again. i've been battling with my insomnia and frequent nightmares. i was able to figure out that it's because of the magnesium that i take, apparently it can cause vivid dreams and nightmares...which is horrible but if i don't take it i won't be able to sleep...i don't know what to do. i don't want to feel like this. i don't want to binge. what's wrong with me?

The fvcked up part about being f4t with an 3D, you lose more than 8lbs in under a week and you "look so good" and "are doing such a good job." Absolutely no one cares that you've barely consumed enough f00d to keep a toddler alive in 9 days. That you are perpetually shaking from lower than average glucose(I keep an eye on it, I'm diabetic, I'm crazy not stupid), that you're constantly cold. No one bats an eyelash at it, because to them moving from a bigger body to a smaller one is GOOD when you're f4t.
