Jace Fillin. Nineteen. Son of Nyx. Taken.
Character Bio:
Jace, being brand new to camp, has no idea about what awaits him there. He grew up in small town in Florida, only moving to Miami when he’d gone into middle school, with a dad who could honestly careless about what he’s doing or where he’s going. His step-mom wasn’t any better.Â
Jace has always been what you could call a good kid. He tried his hardest to get good grades for a while, never did anything that would make anyone assume otherwise. Once he got into highschool, though, it was a different story. He met a girl. Eden. She opened up a side of him he didn’t know existed and showed him what it was like to be who  he wanted to be, not what everyone else expected from him. She helped him get a new-found confidence and together, they, in their own way, ruled the school. They were going on three years together when she left him, too. No reasons, no way to contact her. Just like the mother he never got to know. He thinks that if someone like him hadn’t stumbled upon him and explained what he was, he never would have known.Â
Relationships:
Jace has never been good at making friends. That much has been obvious since day one. Mainly because he doesn’t go for a friendly approach. More so, just tells anyone he takes a liking to that they’re friends and ignores their protests if they have any. The Ares kid Bobby managed to catch his eye right away, even if the guy was a total ditz. And now that he’s found where Eden disappeared to, he doesn’t know if he should forgive her or if he should be mad because she didn’t tell him. Only time will tell.Â
Elijah (Eli) Rhodes. Seventeen. Son of Ares. Taken.
Character Bio:
Sharp cheekbones and bright blue eyes have never gotten Elijah very far in life. With his mother constantly neglecting him and his father being busy with whatever it is gods do, he had to learn to stand on his own two feet at a young age. Though his short temper and impatience for all kinds of stupidity, Eli has learned to deal with things without using violence or raising his voice. Instead he copes by going out for hikes and tries to explore as much of the world that he can, even if there isn’t much adventure around.
This is Eli’s first year at camp and he isn’t exactly what you call happy about it. He finds Chiron’s rules restricting and sharing a cabin with all his half-siblings tiring since they’re always horsing around or arguing. So Eli spends most of his time in the forest, training, or sneaking out so he can go out and venture as much as he wants.
Relationships:
Since Eli has grown up with no one to lean on, he’s become very independent and thinks friendships and romantic relationships silly. Only a small and fiery redhead has caught his attention which has him feeling slightly conflicted, especially since Aria’s walls are just as high as his
Bobby Kirkland. Eighteen. Son of Ares. Taken.
Character Bio:Â
Bobby is relatively new at camp, only have been coming for a year or so. He still hasn’t made many friends, but he’s managed to stay fit and happy throughout the time he’s spent at Camp Half-Blood. He only recently, a couple of years ago, learned about his real father, and what he is. Though, even as a son of Ares, he acts more like his mother, carefree and bubbly, almost always smiling and keeping others happy.
He keeps his friends and family very close to him, and he finds it more threatening to say something rude to them than to him. Bobby would do anything for the people he loves, which is a huge reason why he started to come to camp (his mother having asked him to go for his own safety, but also hers). So, instead if endangering his mother, he comes to the camp every year from his home in Washington, and learns to defend himself, and the people he loves.
Relationships:Â
Not having many immediate social skills besides smiling a lot and making others laugh (more at him than with him), Bobby doesn’t have many close friends. He makes acquaintances, but they don’t last long. A couple of people have managed to weave themselves into his brain, though, one of them being the girl he’d had to reluctantly let go of a year ago, Kay White, when she moved away from his home town in Washington. The new boy, Jackson Morgan, and Aria Levins have managed to catch his friendly attention as well.
Eden Rose. Eighteen. Daughter of Aphrodite. Taken.
Character Bio:
Eden grew up in Miami Flordia with her older and younger sisters after her father up and left one day, not giving her a reason or even saying goodbye. She was left pretty bitter after feeling abandoned, and went through a slight rebellion phase before she got over it. Though she kept the same style.
Eden’s always been very confident in herself. She’s always been desired and people always tried to get her attention. She knew she could usually get whoever she wanted, but she only ever wanted her boyfriend, Jace. She was devastated when her sister told her that she had to break up with Jace and come to camp because of what she was. She doesn’t hide how she doesn’t want to be here, but she knows she won’t get anywhere with complaining so she’s just biding her time until she can leave to find Jace again.
Relationships:
Since she’s still new, Eden doesn’t really have many friends at camp. She finds the people in her cabin slightly irritating but she figures it’s because she doesn’t want to be here. She’ll be nice to those who talk to her though, until they give her a reason not to be.
Daniel Scott. Twenty-Three. Archery Instructor. Taken.
Character Bio:
Daniel has been at camp for the better part of his young adult life, having come from California when he was around fourteen years old. He found out that he was a son of Ares and within the next two weeks, he was off to camp. He likes it enough, even if some of his students make him want to tear his hair out.
Being the son of Ares, Daniel was born with an easily triggered temper. Over the years, he’s learned to control it more but there’s good and bad days. He’s approachable if one needs help, and does his best to help get the campers at an acceptable level of skill with archery. He’s pretty laid back when he wants to be, and since he’s one of the younger teachers, campers tend to connect with him.
Relationships:
Daniel keeps to himself mostly. It’s not that he doesn’t care to get to know his campers, it’s that he doesn’t often talk much. The newcomer, Jackson, has managed to catch his attention. The boy was a hopelessly terrible archer and flirt but he’s made Daniel laugh more in a few lessons than any other camper in the three years he’s been teaching.
