Oil pulling, an ancient ayuredic practice, that has been in use for over 3,000 year, and for good reason. There are many benefits and it’s very simple to add into your day to day routine. You see, the mouth is home to millions of bacteria, fungi, viruses, and other toxins, so by using the oil pulling method we can inhibit their growth. The oil acts as a cleaner, pulling out the toxins before they can spread to the rest of the body. Oil pulling is actually so easy that you can easily add it to your daily routine and, if done regularly, can improve the luster of your hair, clear up your skin, whiten teeth, eliminate parasites, reduce pain, and improve overall body odor.

The term Chakra is derived from the Sanskirt word, which translates as "wheel of light." The physical chakras are concentrations of nerves and energy meridians located at specific points on your body. Each chakra has affinities to different spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical aspects of your being. There are 7 commonly referred to chakras in the body. Descending from the top of your head to the base of your spine: •Crown Chakra- Located at the top of your head extending up 6 to 8 inches. •Third Eye Chakra- Located between and slightly above you eyes. •Throat Chakra- Located at the base of your throat. •Heart Chakra- Located in the center of your chest. •Solar Plexus Chakra- Located just below your sternum and above your belly button. •Sacral Chakra- Over the sacrum. (The triangle shaped bone at the base of your spine.) •Root Chakra- Located at the base of your spine. Chakras allow for the flow of energy in to and out of your system. Kind of like an energetic doors or portals. When there is an even amount of energy flowing through your energy centers it is often referred to as open or balanced chakras. When your chakras are balanced you will feel energized, connected, and full of life! But when one or more of your chakra points are out of balance, you will likely feel tired, may have certain physical ailments associated with that area, and can feel a host of negative emotions.
Laughter''s Cold Chill- Appalachian Ghost Stories
Laughter”s Cold Chill- Appalachian Ghost Stories
Cleveland Carpenter, a young Georgia boy, laughed as his friend Harold told him a spooky story about a ghost that took over people’s dreams and tormented them nightly until they died or went crazy. The two boys examined the story for untruths while walking home at dusk, that special time of day between day and night, when shadows take shape, then disappear into black nothingness. As night…
