Oldtale (Another Undertale AU)

Oldtale is a undertale AU that takes place in a medieval fantasy world (of my own making). While all characters are still present some things will be changed to fit the world they are placed in and for my personal preference (ex. gender roles, ships, etc) as the AU creator.

Plot Summary:

Oldtale takes place in a world where humans and monsters both live in unsettling harmonics after a long age war caused them to keep away from one another. When a young cleric named Frisk hears tales of a human that tread into the land of monsters only to vanish, she decides to investigate only to hear a faint voice that leads her straight to the center of the monsters kingdom. Monsters, as Frisk learns, can be kind and cruel all at once... Will she be able to handle this unfamiliar world in time to discover the truth of what happened to the forgotten human or will she fall.

Character Roles (so Far):

Frisk - Cleric - Magic Forms into a Red Heart, can be used in many ways for attack and defense, Frisk specializes in defense.

Sans - Mage (Goes by Wizard) - Magic seems to attach to his left eye and glow, can use in multiple ways (gravity control (on objects or people), teleportation, summon gaster blasters)

Papyrus - Esquire - Magic seems minimal, can affect others gravity to a limit but that’s it.

Toriel - Fallen Queen - Has the ability to use fire.

Asgore - Old King - Ability to use fire and inflict damage on opponents in the case of moving or not counting on what magic he inflicts.

Asriel - New King - Well handed with magic like his parents, f i r e. Has other abilities unknown (even to him).

Chara - ??? - Similar to frisk but more familiar with attack.

W.D. Gaster - Duke / Inventor - He has many abilities unknown to all and watchful eyes over the world around him.

Undyne - Marchioness (Knight) - Can use magical spears and force opponents in combat with magic.

Alphys - Assistant - Shows no ability of magic, uses other methods instead.
