Self-portrait practice
Concept mockup for a top-down roguelike shooter with a clean, industrial sci-fi tileset. Dismantle robot patrols, explore space station, loot mechanical parts. Vierbit was a huge early inspiration that brought me into pixel art. I wish I worked on a game like this sometimes.
A retrofuturistic top-down game graphics: alien visitors at a space diner. The chef runs a brutal cycle—dispatch customers, then serve them to the next wave of hungry patrons. Atompunk diner meets darkly whimsical sci-fi.
An early tribute to Mad Max: Fury Road. This platformer mockup captures a fight of Furiosa vs a War Boy atop the Citadel. I still have a nostalgia for this piece, and wish I worked in my favorite aesthetic more often.
A nostalgic pixel art inventory set with a vibrant palette. Includes weapons, food, and artifacts, crafted for versatile RPG world-building. Inspired by classic adventures, and Legend of Zelda in particular.
An older personal practice piece—a sci-fi tileset inspired by Chrono Trigger's future timeline. Capturing a tense, turn-based duel between an assassin and ninja in an underground complex.
An animated retrowave wallpaper commissioned for an electronic musician. I tried to capture a breezy night vibe where the creator gets lost in the flow, surrounded by iconic cyan and magenta hues.
An old pixel art platformer tileset for a space dock. Made in Pyxel Edit with a focus on gritty industrial details and sci-fi atmosphere. I still have warm nostalgia for Metroid style of level screens.
Pixel art boulders.
Through Valley of Swords.
I love watching pet rat videos. They are illegally cute.
Trying out minimalistic palette.
Still life with clay pot, apple, tomato and a tiny pepper.
Don't think there is fish.
Never worked on a classic point-n-click game. Here's my take on one.
Internet seems to love my still life studies. Happy to oblige. Pixel art still life with grapes, apples, orange and bananas.
Artwork for Ludum Dare gamejam game. You had to place terrain tiles to simulate farming and wildlife ecosystem. House spawned fields, rivers did fish, forests did bears etc. We haven't finished in 3 days due to being overly ambitious, but these graphics remained.
