Collared Boy
there is a moment when strength stops performing and becomes something softer, quieter
the collar doesn’t just restrain it frames the vulnerability draws attention to the pulse, the breath, the skin
i’m interested in this tension — when the body is strong, but the gaze turns inward when control and desire blur into one
Working on the last layers.
The body on the canvas keeps shifting —
and so do I.
It took me years to feel at home in my body.
I don’t separate art from flesh anymore.
This piece is about the quiet, powerful intimacy between two men – a connection that feels like both sanctuary and resistance.
As a queer artist from Ukraine, I long to see more tenderness, unapologetic beauty, and the right to simply exist & love.
This embrace is romantic, political, personal, and deeply human.

💙💛 In Each Other’s Arms
Two men. Tenderness. Strength. Unapologetic love.
In a world that questions our existence, finding safety in each other’s arms is an act of quiet resistance.
Their closeness = freedom. Their intimacy = power. 🌈

I celebrate the male form — its sensuality, its power, and its tenderness.
Art is my way to speak about love, desire, and being unapologetically human.

My latest painting “Lovers” is a Cubist-inspired take on queer intimacy. Two figures wear mask-like faces—symbols of the facades we use to protect love from judgment. Bold shapes & color reflect the tension between connection & societal pressure to conform.

Excited to share my latest paintings: “Boys” & “Lovers”! 🌈 These works explore queer identity, intimacy, and the masks we wear under societal pressures. Inspired by Picasso’s Cubism, they celebrate the courage, vulnerability, & resilience of queer love. 🖼️💖

The painting «Kiss»
What does it mean to love when the world demands your silence? «Kiss» explores the tension between intimacy and invisibility, between passion and restriction. Two figures intertwine, dissolving into abstraction-one fragmented like an ancient statue, the other a near-shadow, completing what is missing. Their kiss is hidden, obscured by distortion, mirroring how queer love has been forced into secrecy for generations.
To love freely is a radical act. To exist openly is defiance. And yet, even when obscured, love persists-it finds a way to merge, to reclaim space, to refuse erasure.

“Blue Leopard”
How often do we find ourselves circling back to the same questions about who we are and what we desire? “Blue Leopard” is a reflection on the endless, cyclical journey of self-discovery and self-possession.
The figure’s long, sinuous tail twists through the canvas, refusing to be confined, only to end where it begins—in the figure’s own grasp. This act of holding one’s own tail symbolizes reclaiming power over identity, desires, and instincts. It’s about taking control of the parts of ourselves that we are often told to suppress or hide.
For me, this painting represents the strength it takes to embrace every part of who you are—especially the wild, untamed, and unapologetic aspects that make us whole.
“Blue Leopard” invites you to confront the loops in your own story: the moments of doubt, freedom, and rediscovery that shape who you are.
What does the idea of reclaiming your identity mean to you? Let me know in the comments—I’d love to hear your thoughts.
