Waffles vs. Beef Jerky

CALL ME DELUSIONAL but henderhop is endgame. The proof is in the (chocolate) pudding, or perhaps actually... beef jerky.

In previous seasons, El had enjoyed waffles (introduced to her by Mike). In season 4, El orders waffles but doesn't eat them.

In ST5 chapter 3, El tries beef jerky and, despite her initial objection to it, enjoys it.

Who was referred to as "Roast Beef" in season 3?
