Tempting! I don’t think I can switch, though. Rachel is my most dedicated dog walker/cat cuddler, and my sister would probably sew Man U patches on all my Liverpool things if I ever went Warblette. I don’t think I can risk it. Will Coco ever forgive me?

I know I’ve been slacking in my BotB cheering lately, but what kind of invading brit would I be if I didn’t show up for British Invasion? I’ll be wearing my Liverpool kit as it’s theme-appropriate for the Beatles and I own no Union Jack paraphernalia, but please know my heart remains black and gold (and red on game days). Go Pamelas!

If you were physically invulnerable for a day, what would you do?

I’d start by giving much-needed dental cleanings and manicures to our residents with the double whammy cardiopathy + reactiveness combination, because not tolerating sedatives and being bite-happy means they often go without such luxuries. And then once they’re all clean and comfortable I’d use the rest of the day to do something my sister would never let me try like bungee jumping or that thing where you jump off a skyscraper wearing a flying squirrel suit.
