College

Many people have told me that College is a time to find yourself and fun while still getting a degree that will determine what you will do for the rest of your life. I guess that’s true at some colleges. But mine is totally different. Now at my college all anyone ever seems to care about is drinking alcohol till they can’t stand, having sex with as many people as possible, and more importantly taking drugs every second of everyday. Personally, that’s not the way that I have fun. Now I am kinda a wimp in the fact that I will not drink due to the fact that I am I underage the sheer fact of getting caught really gives me nightmares. And another reason is I don’t need alcohol to have a good time. I already know I am a super fun person so there is no need for me to be constantly drunk in order to have a good time. Drugs on the other hand I will NEVER do in my life. Personally I think taking drugs is about the dumbest thing anyone could do. Ever. So when I meet a group of people and we hang out then they bring out the “party favors” that’s where I draw the line. I think people try waaayyyy to hard to fit in with one another. So they feel the need to party all day and then try to make it to 9 am classes. No, that doesn’t work. I am all for having some fun, but if it’s a Tuesday and you have class the very next morning that is just pathetic. It pains me to see girls thinking they have to act a certain way just to be accepted. We shouldn’t have to slut up or dumb ourselves down to have a good time. We should be able to be ourselves and have a great time just being us. Don’t get me wrong. College is an exciting experience and everyone should have fun! But the fun shouldn’t make others feel uncomfortable or others shouldn’t put pressure on you to make you think that there is only one way to have a good time. Sometimes a good time is hanging out with friends you like and binge watching a whole series on Netflix. 😊

Procrastination

Procrastination is seriously the devil. I mean putting things off until the very last possible second may seem like a good idea at the time, but it will usually end badly. Okay, so not doing your homework until an hour before class might not be the end of the world. But doing a 12 page paper an hour before class probably isn't the smartest move. I for one am a pro-procrastinator. Just about every single thing that I do is at the last minute, which is probably why I am being punished for it now... I honestly don't think that I could stop my procrastination. Even if I say to myself "Alright Olivia, finish your homework now then you won't have to do it later." I always end up some how doing it later. Take it from someone who has suffered with this horrible disease for her entire life...DO NOT PROCRASTINATE!!!!! I mean there is always later right?

Summer ☀️

For most people summer is a time that you get to have a break from school, hang with friends, and just relax. For me, summer is when I get to sit at home, watch Netflix or Hulu (I don't discriminate), sleep in until noon, and not put on actual clothes unless it is a must (most times it isn't). Does this make me "anti-social"? Maybe. Does this mean I am lazy? Most definitely. Is it wrong that my friends wanna hang out with me but I claim that I am visiting family in another state? Absolutely. Here's the thing, I love summer because it allows me to be my true self, a lazy bitch who just wants to sleep, eat, and watch Netflix all the live long day. I turn into my freaking spirit animal (which is a sloth) over the summer. All year long my inner sloth has been deprived of being a lazy ass and I think that at the very least it should emerge during the summer. Actually during the summer I have discovered many hobbies that I love doing such as: watching YouTube videos until I've seen them all, memorizing all of the lyrics in the song Fancy, playing the sims so much that my sims have a better life than me, and stalking all my fave celebs on twitter and constantly tweeting them to follow me. So parents and dear friends, the next time I have to hear that I'm "lazy" and I have "no hobbies". I don't wanna hear it cause A: I already know I'm lazy and B: I just gave you a list of my hobbies so stfu. And for everyone else out there who are exactly like me you're awesome and we should totally hang out sometime. But like not in person cause that would require for me to wear pants and I'm not about that life. ✌️✌️

4 a.m Bloggin'

Not too sure how this sort of thing works... :/

Hello, there! My name is Olivia aka Olive. I am a young individual (18 to be exact) and I guess I wanted to start a blog mostly as a way to vent to people on the internet who will probably never EVER see this post. I don't want to start off all sappy,and tell everyone about things that are going wrong in my life. Because honestly, I have a pretty good one! I suppose I am just one pretty normal individual. Yay! 

Mostly I guess I wanted to share with people my current interests, things that I love, things that I hate, people who brighten my day, and other weird comments such as that. 

The internet is such a great way to express your feelings and share things that you normally would keep a secret. I guess that I why I wanted to do this, so I could freely express myself without being judged.

This I suppose is a introductory blog post. Since it is 3 a.m. in the morning and I am a college student who probably needs to study for up coming finals (Eeek!). 

So this is the end of that for today. I realize what a weird and totally random post this is so if you are reading this and are like "What the heck?" I apologize.
